Arrived for our stay at The Ascot & was given room number 16….a dark basement room just off of the main lobby with a half outlook onto a drab courtyard with a cherry picker parked directly outside the window….not a great start. Had to pay to upgrade to a slightly larger room which was still small but was in the newly refurbed hotel. Staff were good as was the breakfast but wouldn’t stay again

Room was comfortable and the bar staff was excellent.

The hotel was gorgeous and the perfect location close to Copenhagen Central station. The room was so nice and spacious. Downsides were that it was a very hot week and rooms weren’t the coolest. Also beware the bathroom doors are see through which is slightly off putting!

Great location! Close to train station and metro.

Very clean, but no air conditioning

Uncomfortable bed and bedding. No privacy in WC. No hand sink in WC very small space overall for bags/ belongings.

Signature suite 223 was a spacious room with a double walkin shower. Fabulous breakfast buffet and great restaurants close by.

Nice hotel in a good location.

Do not stay here. There is no caring from the managers and no forgiveness. If they can stick it to you they will. The room is tiny with a tiny ac unit that barely blows cold air. The hotel is across the street from a music venue that booms loud bass all day. The shower is a tiny box. You get 2 towels and 2 pillows with no housekeeping regardless of family size. The elevator barely holds 2 people and there is only one so be prepared to wait. It’s just horrible. The bartenders are the only ones who actually talk to you and try to help. Do yourself a favor and avoid this nightmare.

This place is awful. First there is no helpfulness from the managers. If they can stick it to you they will. You must wait until check in time and if there’s the slightest mistake they hold it against you. The AC is a joke. The hotel is located across the street from a music venue that has bass thumping all day. The elevator fits 2 people max so you wait all day to go up or down. No housekeeping. No helpfulness from anyone. The bartenders are very friendly so since the room is so bad you should just hang out with them. Do yourself a favor and DO NOT stay here. This place is a joke!!!
