fab location and staff wonderful

Nice place for solo travel

This place is good for people who need more peace and quiet than a hostel, but who still want to have friendly interactions and a fun culture. The staff here are the true gems. Having worked in the hospitality world, I know it takes great management to build a group of people this friendly and knowledgeable. Keep up the good work! I wish to give special thanks to Jens and Fernando, they were so helpful and kind. In the elevators, you will find profiles of each staff member and their recommendations around the city. This is such a brilliant idea! The lobby is welcoming and funky, and not so sterile as to feel wrong to hang out in. I’d certainly stay here again.

Amazing breakfast with made to order cooked items eggs sausage but it’s the mushrooms a definite must try. There’s a nice seating area for breakfast as well as courtyard. We had a Well designed bright room. Other amenities include a café on site at the reception was all priced drinks as well as a gym with several aerobic machines in the full set of dumbbells. Staff friendly and quick check in. Very good location 5-10 min walk from kobenvhan H central train and metro station .

Lovely modern hotel 2 mins from the central train station and metro! The only reason I wouldn’t give 5 stars is in the single room the bed was positioned sideways so there wasn’t a headboard to lean on and the shower unit was extremely right!

The breakfast was amazing

For the price we paid, we felt it was way overpriced. Our room was very small, compact and extremely simple. Basically, it was just a bed, simple small bathroom, no frill. It doesn’t even have AC, we had to open the window to cool the room. The only positive was its proximity to the central station.

We were having a lovely stay in the Mayfair until we ordered two latte coffees from the bar. The blond guy made the lattes and brought them over. They were cold so we politely took them back to the girl on reception who said she would make another, perfect or so we thought. The two lattes were remade but were still not warm and so strong in a small cup that we couldn’t drink. We spoke to the young lady on reception again. We waited, we waited, she spoke to the blonde guy who initially served us talking in danish. Eventually after about 1/2 hour he came over to our table with an absolutely stinking rude attitude saying ‘we’ve made you two coffees and there is nothing wrong with it and they are hot!’ We politely said we would take a refund then to which he said no, you want me to make you another and I will burn the milk to make it hot’. His voice was raised. He had an aggressive tone. My daughter and I said we do not like the tone you are speaking to us in and we are the customer. He was horrible and should not be in a customer facing role! He disappeared then asked for our card details. After about an hour he passed by our table and said ‘that’s the refund on your card’. Our whole time in Copenhagen I said how lovely the people were but this young gentleman certainly tainted our experience. Please send him for customer training! Spoked our whole stay in this hotel.

I asked for the romantic experience and it was amazing. Staff was friendly and very helpful.

Great room layout comfy beds. Great location. Breakfast was organic and amazing!! Gym was good too. Good selection of weights and size of space. Beautiful couryard
