Excellent stay and a very convenient location, close to the Copenhagen Central Station.

We had a great time! The receptionist was very friendly, the room was ready early, and we were lucky to get the suite which was incredibly big. We had no idea it would be that nice. It was like a full service apartment with a full kitchen, laundry, living room, balcony. We have small kids so we put them to sleep and then could pick up a delicious meal and eat on the balcony and enjoy beautiful views of Copenhagen. Super room very clean ! It didn’t matter that the breakfast wasn’t included because there is phenomenal bakeries like Hart jusy a few minutes away so you can have delicious pastries nearby!

Great central location! Staff were very friendly and helpful! Baked breakfast goods in the room was nice touch!

The location of the hotel and the staff were very good. My only complain would be the breakfast was very limited, most of them contained animal products and there was only almost nothing for people who don’t eat animal products.

Brilliant location with athmosphere

The boutique hotel is really chic and conveniently located near Copenhagen Central Station and Copenhagen's tourist spot attractions. We were able to just walk from and to Central Station even with our rolling luggage. The hotel doesn't have an AC though so we were provided with an electric fan to use in our room.

Booked and confirmed a King Room and our travel companions booked a confirmed a room with two twin beds. Reservation made months before arrival. When we arrived we were booked in the room with twin beds and our travel companions were booked in the room. With the king bed. You would think it would be a simple solution to simply swap rooms between us, but the front desk was unable to find a way to accomplish what should have been a very simple readjustment. The Front Desk should have had a "we'll find a way to do this" attitude. Instead, the attitude was simply, "we can't do it!" When we got into our twin bedded room, we were surprised to find that there was no air conditioning in the room(s) during this very hot Copenhagen summer stay. The next morning they did deliver a nice basket of warm, fresh rolls and pastries but that was really the only "amenity" offered for a fairly pricey one night stay. Finally, because we had a late flight that afternoon, we asked for a late check out and we were flatly refused.

The extra bed was just a box spring so it was very uncomfortable. And there were no blackout shades so it was very bright in the early morning in the summer when the days are long. The bathroom is especially blinding in the early morning since it’s painted white with white tiles. But if you’re just 2 travelers sharing the same bed (and you bring eyeshades), the room was spacious and comfortable and the location was convenient. The rooms don’t have air conditioning but fans were provided which helped. Also note that on Saturday night at 23:30, nearby Tivoli Gardens has a fireworks show that is really loud. While we could see the tops of the fireworks from our room, the view from the street level next to our hotel probably had a great view.
