Amazing location, comfortable room, easy check in and check out process. Loved it so much already booked another visit.

The location was nice and close to transport

Okay/good stay for 1 night, room cosy but had everything we needed. We were on the 3rd floor and accessibility for some could be an issue as very steep stairs and there was no warning of this. Only one mug in the room, other than that was a convenient stay

Had a great stay. Location was excellent.

Definitely not worth the money - the room hadn't been cleaned properly and it was extremely noisy.

Bob W is an example of a company that has introduced AI without concern for its customers. The check is process creates friction (ie it is time consuming) versus other hotels of a similar price range. Check out the same. It can be ok if nothing goes wrong. But for example when I checked out of my hotel and realized I had left my water bottle in the fridge — there are no on site staff to quickly resolve the problem. I probably lost 1 hour of my time on the Bob W. I strongly avoid actors that waste my time and that’s why I will be choosing other hotels on my next visit

The room was not much bigger than a shoebox. For two people with two suitcases space was in adequate. No reception, which I didn’t find out till I arrived at the hotel.. probably my fault for not reading the ad but still inconvenient. For the four days we were there never once was the coffee replenished.. it was clean and the location was fairly convenient

Small room, no air circulation, cheap mattress and bedding. If you even think about staying here, I hope you don't get the top floor.

Hotel in a good location a short walk from Earls Court subway station, rooms located over 2 buildings on opposite sides of a very busy road. Had a basement room which was equipped as per description, however room was very poorly lit and also poorly arranged as to pass by foot of bed inevitably incurred banging off the wall mounted tv. Although a fan had been provided the room was very hot and stuffy with the window only slightly opening due to a safety wire. Tiny bathroom sink and the mirror was placed too high for use, outside of window was completely covered from the foliage outside, the back of building being completely overgrown . Property isn’t cleaned unless there for a week which wasn’t in description. Pillows were very hard and uncomfortable. Only an almost finished roll of toilet tissue on arrival- as there’s no staff in property used the booking link to online chat facility -quick response-and was requested to obtain further supplies from cupboard inside entrance which was non- existent. Gym had no sanitiser spray or paper roll to clean equipment despite a sign on wall requesting users to do so. Gym was also located at the foot of a very steep staircase and possibly unsuitable for anyone with mobility difficulties. Overall poor value at £150 per night even allowing for location and time of visit.

There is no air conditioning, hard to contact host. But was clean and great location
