Very small bathroom but central location

The location was great, 5 minute walk from Paddington station. The staff were nice and helpful when needed. The room is very small, there is an area to hang things but no drawers. If you want AC, this might not be the best location. There was a heat wave during our stay and the AC did not work 75% of the time. It was only circulating the air instead of pushing cold, air-conditioned air. Our nights were terrible - waking up in the middle of the night having to take cold showers to cool ourselves down, and feeling faint in the morning for how hot and stuffy it was. Oddly enough, the AC was perfect during the day. But in the evening when more guests were at the hotel, it would stop working and remain that way until the following morning. The staff somewhat helped - provided a fan, reset the router in case that had anything to do with it. But that’s about it - we stopped complaining about it because not much was being done and by the end of our stay it wasn’t as hot outside so we were able to keep the window open comfortably. They did offer to switch our room, but were told that the air conditioning would be the same in that one too. I wouldn’t be too keen on coming back in the future

A little pricey for what it was . Very close to train station . Breakfast was very very basic . Nice fixtures in the bathroom and well maintained hotel . Staff very nice and competent . Bed comfy .

Clean rooms, staff was really helpful. Very close to Paddington station. Rooms are small but practical. Breakfast was really good. Overall had an amazing time while there.

Very quaint and modern rooms with friendly staff. Location to Paddington was super nice! Lovely building as well!

A small hotel convenient for Paddington Station. The property was very clean and well presented - it appeared to have been refurbished very recently. My room was small but with a good bathroom. I did not use the hotel's limited amenities - i.e. bar and breakfast.

Cozy, clean, and comfy room! Pleasant staff and perfect location. Husband and I were able to get a good nights sleep during our 23 hour layover in London!
