It was a nice experience and clean.

The place is ok. The room was tinny and hot, and didn’t have a mini fridge. But it was clean, and the hotel is in a great location. Staff was very nice.

Staff was very friendly and helpful.

The room was clean and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great and the place is very well located.

Breakfast was rubbish, room next to noisy lift. Indifferent staff. Dirty carpet in room. No air conditioning

Pretty decent hotel and really well located

This is a run down and unclean hotel with cramped and unhygienic condition rooms This is supposed to rate above 8… this simply is not true.

Excellent location, nice staff. Clean Rooms but small and older. Downside: No AC!!!

The hotel is in a residential neighbourhood close to restaurants and grocery stores. Paddington station and hyde park are only 15 minutes walking distance. The hotel itself is in an old building but the rooms are renovated and clean. Breakfast has everything you would expect( cold cuts, cheese, pastries, yogurt and fresh brewed coffee as examples)

Great location, all areas clean, idealfor visiting London would definitely recommend and would also use again. No complaints at all .
