The rooms were spacious and had everything we needed for our stay. The breakfast was nothing special for the price.

There was an event on at this hotel the night we stayed. It was so loud and went on till after mid night. It felt like the band (that we could hear from the street outside) was in our room. We thought we were paying a bit extra for a hard earned weekend away, but all we got was a real trial, and felt like we payed overs for something we could have got somewhere else for a lot cheaper (and quieter) The room was tired the shower was lukewarm warm and there were cracked tiles grime in the bathroom. We were very underwhelmed for the price we payed.

We have stayed here before and has great location and in house amenities. Room was spacious and bed good. Lots of little things needed maintenance in the room this time. There were 3 lifts, but most of weekend only 1 was operating so long waits. Others were not out of action, just not turned on. On site parking is available for $35/night, but not guaranteed. A Sat night function took up a lot of parking and left little for guests. There are extensive long term road works directly in front of hotel making vehicle abd pedestrian access tricky. Some GPS' do not allow for that. Google Maps does. Ate in restaurant for dinner - variable quality food.Excellent breakfast and lunch spot directly across from back of hotel, Mocan and Green Grout. Also 24/7convenience store, and an expensive wine and food bar Rebel Rebel across the road.

We also had breakfast included and the wait time to get a table and for the food to arrive was quite long. There was a large group present at breakfast so that may have contributed to the delay but they looked understaffed in general

Not many food options around. Parking is an issue as I didn’t get one even after ore-booking.

Room are clean and tidy...very modern but very presentable

An overnight stay, centrally located. We were 2 adults and 5 year old. The hotel gave us an extra bed for my son to sleep on. Bed was good. Minimal toiletries provided. It was alright for the price which did not include parking or breakfast.
