We recently stayed at the Domain Hotel and overall had a good experience. The room was clean, the staff was friendly, and our stay was enjoyable.
Unfortunately, the pool area needs better maintenance. One of the pool filter covers was missing, and while my daughter was walking in the pool, her leg went into the open filter area. She ended up with a pretty bad bruise. Thankfully nothing was broken, but it could have been much worse. It was a frustrating experience that could have been prevented with proper upkeep.
I hope the hotel addresses this issue quickly so no other families have to deal with the same thing and make sure the covers can't be removed or check daily to make sure they are covered. Aside from that, our stay was good, but the pool safety definitely needs more attention.
