Fantastic
very simple and convenient way to redeem the physical ticket, save the hassle and time from queuing, just have to scan it at the ticket collection machine… it’s highly recommended to book it on Klook… 🙏🏽👏🏽👌🏽

Fantastic
Very convenient, I would recommend getting this instead of a JR Pass if you're only going to Tokyo, Kyoto and Osaka and only staying in Japan for a short time and just use a Suica card to go to other destinations. I suggest booking seats D and E to view Mount Fuji.

Fantastic
Took the bullet train from Tokyo to Kyoto. Easy and convenient collection of tickets at the station. Train was very comfortable and well worth the experience. Also the quickest way to travel between the two cities.

Fantastic
using KLOOK make it more convenient to travel with Shinkansen train. By using this train you can travel from Tokyo to Osaka in just 2 and a half hour. Nozomi train is the fastest train, it’s stopped only big and important station. if you take a seat on the right side of the train D and E row. you’ll able to see Mount Fuji

Fantastic
Mishima was raining and we were not able to see Mt Fuji so decided to leave early...but Klook has helped us reserve some Shinkansen tickets and we were able to change to an earlier kodama Shinkansen train and arrived in Tokyo earlier than expected...

Fantastic
We booked our trip from Klook from Mishima Station to Osaka. the redemption of the ticket is very easy. you can either redeem it in Shinkansen ticket office or self automatic machine. remember to look for BLUE color machine if you want to self redeem from machine. The train arrive and depart on time. If you have a lot of big luggage, good to purchase reserved seat train tickets.

Fantastic
Booking with Klook was a breeze. You just need to provide Klook your preferred date & timing of departure in advance. And also a backup date & timing, if the first selection didnt make it thru. Once the train tixs are open & available for booking, Klook will make the booking on our preferred date & timing and will email us the confirmed booking with QR code via email, also available in our Klook Apps. Just follow thru the instructions provided in the email link or apps. Quite easy redemption for us at Shin-Osaka Station via machines, just make sure each pax should have 2 tix-main shinkensen tix (to Shin-Yokohama) and 1 base tix for exiting the local destinated station. Look out on the departure board which platform you should go and just head there. Next if you have reserved a seat, head to the destinated car no. platform and wait for your train according to the timing. NOZOMI series are usually the fastest train. If you didnt buy a luggage storage, it's still OK to have a medium to large luggage infront of your seat (mine's a L size). So long as you are not too big in size, it's still comfortable to seat with it, under your watchful eyes. There's date & timing stamping each time we enter/exist. Recommended way to book Shinkensen tix. Hassle free experience.

Fantastic
first time to ride shinkansen train and it was amazing. travelling for 2.5hrs you'll be in osaka. when you get inside it seems like you're riding an airplane BUT there's enough leg room unlike the airplane. so comfortable. you can even put a luggage that weighs upto 7kgs in the overhead bin. it's a bit pricey but it's worth it.

Fantastic
it was a little hectic because I went to Osaka station first which is a different station!! it was also nice to sit on a different Shinkansen train. The rides are always smooth. After Tokyo, I learned to use the machine to redeem the tickets which was super helpful!

Looking at the north and east of Tokyo, there are 6 more Shinkansen lines. The Hokuriku Shinkansen and Joetsu Shinkansen can take you from Tokyo to Kanazawa and Niigata. Finally, there’s the Hokkaido Shinkansen, with services between Aomori and Hakodate.

What is Narita Express (N'EX)?

The Narita Express is a dedicated airport train that runs between Narita Airport and various locations in Tokyo, including Shinjuku, Shibuya, and Tokyo Station. It operates regularly throughout the day, with departures as often as every 30 minutes.

One of the key advantages of taking the Narita Express is its speed. The train travels at up to 160 kilometers per hour, allowing you to reach your destination quickly and comfortably. You won't have to worry about traffic jams or delays due to road congestion.
