Good that there is a Lawsons shop on 2nd floor next to lounge area, the laundry facilities get busy at night, can result in long wait times. Everything else is excellent value for the price

The hotel was great and in a good location. Close to the train and the metro, and next door to several museums. Check in was a mess though, a very long line at 3 pm, and done on computers. Mine didn't recognize my passport so I had to enter all my information manually, then the system hang up when it was time to pay. It took me 30-45 minutes from the time I walked in the lobby to the time I got my room key.

Check in is super easy, the staff are super helpful is you have any questions. The hotel is amazing!!! I’d really recommend the bath house, we used it everyday! So relaxing.
