Perfect size for what we needed. Rooms were clean and staff were helpful. It’s very close to a family mart, the stations and many other places to eat.

The rooms are TINY!!!! Even for Japan. The staff was nice enough nothing over the top. The hotel is small with no real amenities. No laundry , no pool, no amenities out for you take use at the front desk like at other Japan hotels. Location was close enough to the train station.

Potentially one of the best areas with direct onr train airport access after a long flight. Central to all Tokyo amenities. Local vibe with small non touristy restaurants on a cool street under rail line. Best ramen I’ve ever had at Yamagasa no Ryū 山笠ノ龍. Trains heading to central Tokyo easily accessed at station. Walking to Asakusa and Sumida park for Sakura festival within 1.5 km.
