Great hotel for our young family. 4 beds were combined in the room. Guests were extremely friendly. The Lounge provided free water refills, and drinks & snacks throughout the day. About a 10 min walk to Osaka station.

The property is a 7-10 minute walk from Osaka station, which was easily routed via Google Maps & was easy for 2 middle-aged people who do a fair amount of walking. It's much closer to Nishi-Umeda station for further travel around the city. Rooms were clean & very nice. There was a small, booth-style seating area with table in each room. There were 2 pillows on each bed: a much more firm buckwheat pillow & a very soft pillow. Our two beds were pushed together in mine & my husband's room, or they can be separated as they were in our kid & their friend's room. I initially thought I had booked the rooms with tubs but when it turned out I had not, it was very easy to upgrade for a minimal price increase (¥1000 per room per night) to get the Japanese style shower/bath combo. Let me tell you it's WORTH IT. There is nothing like scrubbing clean while you fill your bath & then soaking in bath salts after a long day of walking around Osaka. ALWAYS go for the tub room! The air conditioner was difficult to figure out...until we realized there were instructions for it on the table. The lights & A/C work based on whether your key card is in the little slot by the door, so the A/C doesn't work while you're out. If you're American like us, this means you won't come back to a cold room. It didn't both us, but I know some people really prefer that. Overall I found this an incredible price for this stay & I will absolutely choose Intergate again when we come back to Osaka.

The hotel is in an excellent location close to the station and also close to the stop for the airport limo coach. The room was good, took me a while to work out the a/c, breakfast was adequate though not much for the western palate. Would recommend it and would stay again.

A very welcoming hotel in a well connected location. Rooms were a good size, with all amenities either provided in room or available from the lobby. And even better they serve tea & speciality coffee free of charge all day in a beautiful lounge area, alongside free wine (red, white & sparkling), plus a variety of snacks from 5-7pm each night. This looks to be the same across the whole Intergate chain. Would highly recommend.

Super clean , comfortable beds, lovely and complimentary snacks during certain hours in the lounge, complimentary creams, etc in the lobby for use after onsen, great location, helpful staff. Overall excellent! Would stay there again for sure
