Very close to west entrance to Osaka Station. Room spacious. So many food choices nearby. We got confused with all directions when arriving at the station. Good buffet breakfast.

Room was cleaned daily which was very nice to see. Air condition was set to a very nice temperature and in addition there was an air purifier to control dust and odors. Room was slightly larger than most we stayed at. Overall a great place to stay.

Hotel was neat and tidy with everything very clean, we were able to use the washing machines and dryer without any problems as well. Having a vending machine at every floor was a plus because it gave us a nice refreshing drink after a long day of travel each time!
