This was the perfect place to stay for our first trip to Tokyo. The room was clean, comfortable and spacious. It was nice and close to everywhere we needed to go, close to multiple train stations and restaurants. We really enjoyed our stay here :)

Price point comparison to nearby hotels was way inflated. Smoking closet was not properly ventilated and dirty. The breakfast was substandard for the price. No coffee available for early departure. Would definitely not stay there again.-

Nothing “wrong” with facility. It was clean and comfortable. Area seemed a little seedy, surrounded by love hotels. Overall I would not choose to stay in Shinjuku again, but if I was, I would stay more in the heart of things. This hotel had long-term stay amenities, like a mini kitchen and washing machine - which we did not need for a final night before our flight home - but could be useful for some travelers. It’s fine for what it was, but missed the mark for us.

Kamangha-mangha The room was comfortable and clean. We especially appreciated the washer/dryer combo in each room. It was also in a good location and had a great breakfast. Highly recommend!

Great location, nicely managed, staff were really friendly too. It's a basic apartment style hotel but does the job well. Shinjuku itself is brilliant and there's loads to do right on the doorstep. Would recommend it as a Tokyo base.
