Excellent, attentive customer service. The room was comfortable, air conditioned with a beautiful view across the rooftops. Location couldn’t be better, I loved the neighbourhood and the walkability to all attractions. Would stay again.

We loved the building, room, amd accommodations. The staff were so helpful and friendly. Great location close to the Pitti Palace and Ponte Vecchio.

The location is superb with everything within walking distance. Surrounded by lots of restaurants you are spoilt for choice and the hotel provides a useful guide to some of their recommendations. The staff could not have been more helpful including organising an early morning taxi for our early departure that arrived bang on time. Would definitely stay again in the future.

Great staff and location

This is a nicely done boutique-sized hotel. The staff were friendly and helpful, including recommendations for the area and assistance offered as needed. The location is ideal.

You can stay at a Novotel and know exactly what you're going to get--a clean, character-less room. Or you can stay at Toscanelli Residenza and get a clean room full of character! Our room was on the top floor so we had to negotiate three locked doors, a very slow, quirky elevator, and several passageways, but our rooms were spacious, with marvelous views, a modern bathroom and helpful amenities like a small refrigerator, coffee maker, hair dryer, list of great nearby restaurants, and lots of art books. The location, just across the street from the Pitti Palace, was perfect--within walking distance of all the sights but also removed from the worst of the crowds and noise. We did have trouble gaining entrance. The huge entry door is locked with no windows or bell. We were told to call to have the proprietor open for us but we were unable to reach him with our AT&T iPhones. Turns out we were supposed to use WhatsApp calling. That was the only glitch in what turned out to be a really wonderful experience.

Excellent location, super walkable! Customer service was excellent - very helpful while checking in and with all of our luggage. Wouldn't hesitate to stay here again!

Good location nice staff but on the weekends evening could be a little bit noisy from the downstairs restaurants

Convenient location albeit a little hard to find. Small but comfortable rooms with necessary amenities. Good pressure and hot water. Staff was wonderful. Would stay again
