Extremely convenient location from train station and walking distance to everything we needed including Duomo and Mercado Centrale and leather markets. Lots of Restaurant and gelato options. Rain forest shower didn’t work in our room but the handheld worked fine. Air conditioning is a must and ours worked very well! Breakfast was good, must make reservation since only 7 tables for the 18 rooms. Biggest negative was NO elevator so must lug your luggage up a pretty long flight of stairs when you enter building.

Great experience. A charming place to stay: clean, unpretentious and perfectly located to all city attractions. The concierge, Allessandro, can guide you to anything you need: vegan eating spots, money exchange and hidden attractions that only a local would know. Forever grateful he steered us to the best pizza place ever - and that is saying a lot from this pizza lover. The continental breakfast was delicious - great selection and terrific coffee. Only downside is there were a lot of stairs, as we were on the third floor as well as leading to the lobby. But the staff was helpful in taking our bags to the room. Would stay again in a second. Highly recommended!
