My husband is a big/tall man and it was tough finding a room with 'American' sized beds, but we did here. The hotel was fantastic overall and we wouldn't hesitate to stay again next time we visit. 10/10

I loved my stay at this hotel. It’s situated very close to Shinjuku station which makes travel around and from Tokyo a breeze. Their attention to detail, from the fragrant lobby to the wide variety of delicious complimentary teas, to the hallway hot water dispensers, was delightful and much appreciated. The room suited our needs and the bed was comfortable. It was easy to set up luggage forwarding to our next stop. Their staff was friendly, kind, and helpful. I’m grateful especially to Park and Saki at the front desk who helped me fulfill a special request after my stay. I would not hesitate to recommend this hotel.

Coin laundry is very helpful for travellers but laundry room was a little bit dirty during our 7 days stay. Hotel staffs needed to be more careful on cleaning or inspect more frequently on laundry room.

Great location - steps away from Shinjuku station. Amenities were wonderful - they even have hair ties & razors if you forgot yours. Staff were pleasant and helpful. Some floors have washing machine & ice machine which is also super convenient. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

The staff was very helpful and nice. The room was very tiny. Bathroom smelled very bad and No AC or vent in restroom. I did notify the staff how bad the bathroom smelled. They did clean it but the smell was so bad that it didn't go away.
