Beautiful hotel, spacious room, lovely bar area. Provided us a welcome gift to celebrate our anniversary. Good location. Didnt visit the pool area but looked adequate. Staff welcoming.

Many other good hotels in the area, so I don't think I will return to this hotel. Overall, the hotel is nice, in a quiet area which is close enough to the old quarter. Room was big and clean but with a musty smell. Pool and pool area are quite small and the water is cold. Pool menu is limited and overpriced. Did not take the breakfast as it was overpriced while there are alternatives around.

Large & clean rooms, professional staff, good facilities (although the jacuzzi wasn’t working in the spa), amazing breakfast. Definitely highly recommended. Good location about 10-12mins walk from the centre of the old quarter, train street and Hoan Kiem lake.
