During the travel time, our guide spoke to us in English, and we even had time to shop at a store during a restroom break! There was a staff member who spoke excellent Japanese and introduced us to various products! At the beginning, in the ancient capital of Hoa Lu, we enjoyed cycling to our destination! The boat ride in Trang An lasted over an hour and was very satisfying! Finally, at Mua Cave, the steps were very steep and challenging to climb, but the view from the top was absolutely spectacular! Our guide was also wonderful, and this tour was definitely the right choice!✨

Had such a fun time on this full-day trip to Ninh Binh! Our tour guide, Hai Dang, was amazing, so friendly, organized, and punctual. He even messaged me on WhatsApp the day before with details on what to bring, the meeting point, and the schedule, which was really helpful! My favorite part was the bike ride through the countryside. It was so relaxing and a beautiful way to see the landscape. The boat tour was also amazing, and luckily it was cloudy, so it wasn’t too hot. Umbrellas were provided for shade too! We also climbed around 500 steps at Dragon Mountain. It was challenging and a little rushed, but the view was definitely worth it! If you don’t want to climb, there are cafés and a lovely lotus pond nearby. The lunch buffet was okay, but nothing special. Overall, I really enjoyed the trip and would highly recommend it! Hai Dang was a fantastic guide and made the experience even better.

Get ready for a long beautiful day in Ninh Binh! Son was fantastic in leading our tour and informing us of all the beautiful history in the areas we visited. Our driver (expert driver) got us every where safely and quickly. The tour overall was beautiful. From the Bai Dinh Pagoda, to our beautiful cruise down the river in Trang An & the hike up in Mua which was also optional but a must. Thank you Son for trying to make our day the best. Also note— the Vietnamese buffet had a lot of options and was delicious.

Ang tour ay tumagal ng buong araw na maganda sa kabila ng mainit na panahon. Si David, ang aming tour guide, ay napakatalino tungkol sa mga lugar at aksidente akong naiwan sa bus dahil sa pagtulog ngunit agad na tumugon si David at ako ay naligtas 🤣 Nagpunta kami noong Hunyo kaya napakaganda ng lotus lake. Bukod pa rito, napakasarap ng buffet lunch! Isa ito sa mga buffet na hindi namin malilimutan!

We had such a wonderful experience on our Sapa trekking tour with Sumy. She was an incredibly kind, patient, and passionate guide who made the whole experience feel personal and special. The short trek was beautiful and gave us a great chance to enjoy Sapa’s stunning scenery, local villages, and peaceful atmosphere without feeling rushed. Sumy shared interesting stories and information along the way and was always attentive to our comfort and pace. The herbal foot spa after the trek was the perfect way to relax and made the experience even more memorable. It felt so refreshing after walking through the mountains! What stood out most was Sumy’s genuine warmth and enthusiasm. You can really tell that she loves sharing her culture and hometown with visitors. We felt very well looked after from beginning to end. I would highly recommend Sumy to anyone visiting Sapa and looking for a friendly, caring, and knowledgeable local guide.

We really enjoyed our Ninh Binh day tour eventhough it rained throughout the day. The scenery was beautiful, and the whole experience was memorable. We’re especially grateful to our tour guide, Mr. Viet. Unfortunately, my aunt had an emergency while we were heading home, and he was incredibly patient, understanding, and helpful despite the inconvenience to the group. We sincerely apologize to the other tourists and truly appreciate Mr. Viet for going out of his way to assist us. Thank you, Mr. Viet, for your kindness and care. We highly recommend this tour!

A must book! Tour guide Kevin was very knowledgeable and explained everything in detail. Great quality for price. Definitely recommend. it was only 3 people on tour so it was more personal. Kevin took really good pictures and took us through each step of how everything was done. We got to do hands on experience and got to get products and able to customize hat. I did the 1/2 tour and it was worth it. Book and request Kevin as your guide.

Our guide Iris contacted me through WhatsApp a day earlier regarding the pickup time. Throughout the ride, she shared with me the history of Vietnam, Vietnamese culture etc. We tried making incense, and it was fun.

great experience with one minor hiccup. let me start with whats great, i love the bus driver he was kind and also attentive to the tourists cause my sister mistakenly boarded the wrong bus but he saw her and called out to her. another is that he is such a great driver that i can fall asleep and trust that we are safe. for the guide, martin is kind and helped my sister wash her wound as she fell off the bike. MY CONCERN is that theres not enough medical supply in case of emergency and why are the bikes provided with breaks that do not work? but i must say, all in all it was a very great experience and its really good for the value of your money.
