A Wonderful Anniversary Stay at Our Favorite Hotel in Tokyo We visit Japan four to five times a year, and whenever we are in Tokyo, we always choose to stay at Keio Plaza Hotel Tokyo. It truly feels like our home away from home. We usually book the Grand Premier rooms so we can enjoy access to the Club Lounge for breakfast, afternoon tea, and evening cocktails. The Club Lounge staff are like ʻohana to us — always warm, gracious, and welcoming every time we return. Their genuine hospitality is one of the main reasons we continue to come back year after year. This year, we celebrated our 14th wedding anniversary at the hotel, and the Club Lounge team went above and beyond to make our celebration meaningful and memorable. Their kindness and thoughtfulness touched our hearts deeply. We also love the convenient location of the hotel. It is just a short walk to the busy Shinjuku transportation hub, yet the hotel itself is set slightly away from the crowds, making it feel quiet, comfortable, and safe. We also appreciated the 7-Eleven store, the two lounges, the laundry room, and the delicious breakfast every morning. Keio Plaza Hotel Tokyo continues to be our favorite place to stay in Tokyo. Highly recommended!

Nice views and excellent amenities and great location

The Keio Plaza Hotel Tokyo Premier Grand was magnificent! The service was off the charts. The views from the 45th-floor restaurant were spectacular, matching the amazing breakfast they serve. The happy hour and afternoon tea are also great. We would stay here again in a heartbeat—our highest recommendation.

Clean rooms. Large by Japanese standards. Great top floor breakfast with American offerings (eggs your way). Great safe and clean location in Shinjuku. Highly recommend.

Keio Plaza Hotel was a wonderful last night in Tokyo. It's located just far enough from the hustle and bustle of Shinjuku, but close enough that's a walkable convenience. The room was bright, the amenities were great, including the mini bar and bathroom amenities. The bed was comfy including and the towels were actually soft. Check in was easy, unfortunately our room wasn't ready but we were able to hang out in the Grand Premier Lounge which overlooks all of Tokyo. The staff was extremely helpful and courteous. I highly ecommend if you have the money.

The hotel is centrally located, modern and very clean. Upgrading to Premier Grand was definitely worth it. The room was large with lots of seating and space including a large shower. Access to the Premier Grand lounge was a highlight. It is spacious and even when busy there is lots of open space around you. Food is very good with lots of options. Everywhere you go there is friendly staff all willing to help you. Service is the best I’ve experienced in any hotel I’ve stayed at. My only negative comment is about the WiFi. It is dreadfully slow in all areas of the hotel. Most times I switched it off and used my data. Don’t let this minor deterrent affect your decision to stay at KEIO Plaza, it is a fabulous hotel.
