I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel and was satisfied with my overall experience. The service and quality were great. My only suggestion for improvement would be the breakfast service; it felt a bit limited since it consisted of a single sandwich and one drink per day. As the drinks were small, it would be much better if refills were included rather than having to pay extra for them. With a bit more variety and flexibility at breakfast, this would be a perfect stay.

we booked this hotel at last minute just to stay 1 night due to early flight to airport, the bed has hair on it and the room is very tiny.

The hotel is in the nice area, can walk to fish market , It’s quite far to walk to subway station to transfer to Tokyo or to go to Narita airport .

You get what you pay for. Everything was good. Clean rooms, frienly staff. The rooms are super small. I booked a double rooms for me and my partner and a saperate single room for the group, both rooms were the same size.

Not sure why drinking water is only provided on the first day. It would also be helpful to have at least one staff member on each shift who speaks good English
