Great location and amenities! Currency exchange on a property, close to metro and convinience stores. Truly enjoyed staying here.

Nice simple but very clean and convenient hotel. About 15 min walk from Tokyo train station. Rooms are tiny, but this is ubiquitous for Tokyo. Everything was there, and everything worked. It was very quiet too. Breakfast was very nice. I stayed for just one night on my way to Kyoto after a long flight from New York and had a good rest.

We are fans of APA for their consistency with cleanliness and convenience, and hard to beat price. Front desk staff were very attentive and always there to greet us when we arrived/left. In APA style, LOTS of great toiletries provided and they provide more towels/toiletries regularly. Location was good though, more quiet, though I wouldn’t say it’s right in the heart of Ginza. Where the major shopping streets are, it is probably a good 15 minute walk. If you would be looking for a 5 minute walk to the restaurants and shops, I would not opt for here. That said, it was a safe, quiet location just kitty corner from a Lawson’s which was super convenient. We didn’t mind the walk and exploring another neighborhood. My only suggestion for anyone travelling with another person would be to opt for the 2 bed room. My husband and I booked the 1 double bed room and though the bed was a good size, it took up almost the whole room. Opening a suitcase in a room this small was an ordeal and often had to put overflow onto the bed/the desk. We had a game of hopping over the suitcase into the bathroom. For very little money, you could upgrade to a 2 bed room that is significantly bigger, with a bathroom double the size as well. We will always be happy to stay with APA though I will absolutely be booking the 2 bed room instead!

The staff were excellent. The property itself is modern, clean and well maintained. Bed and pillows comfortable. Only issue for me is the rooms are very small, just about enough room to open 1 suitcase. The hotel is situated within walking distance to many shops and restaurants plus 2 train stations. It is in a quiet location, it feels very safe to walk about on your own. I didn't have the breakfast.

The hotel is clean and the staff friendly and helpful. The rooms are small but adequate. The location is good. There are several Metro stations within walking distance and the central station is about a 20 minute walk away.

Absolutely loved our stay this past week. Staff were amazing and so helpful. Super comfortable bed and great location. Will be back.

Rooms are very small. Good for one person not two. Bathroom very small. Staff are excellent, housekeeping and front staff.
