Comfortable triple room with separate space for our son. Friendly and hospitable front desk staff; accommodates us for parking on site even though we didn’t pre book and let us leave our car there after checkout while we did a city tour! The breakfast was amazing, helpful staff there too. Historic location just below the Michelangelo piazza overlooking the city.

The location of the property was great (close to Michelangelo Piazzala and reasonable walk to other main attractions) and the customer service was excellent. I had a single room that was basic dorm style room with private bath (but did not look like the online picture, which I think was a double room picture not single room); I think a large person would struggle moving around in the shower but it was fine for me. Room was clean. There's an elevator to take you up to the lobby if you don't like stairs. Carpet in the entry way and lobby smelled like mildew but didn't notice the smell anywhere else. Good restaurant and continental breakfast.

Great location. Close to the action, but on the quiet side of the river. Very helpful staff. Helped navigate a work-around for the train strike. Very nice breakfast which was included in our reservation
