AC Issue & Poor Reception Response: On my arrival date, after a long and exhausting day, I went to my room only to find it incredibly hot. I tried to turn on the AC but it wasn't working. I was so exhausted and overheated that I had to go to the reception in my pajamas just to ask for help. Instead of sending someone to check the unit, the receptionist simply asked for my room number and handed me a remote control. I was completely shocked by this bizarre response.
Unacceptable Breach of Privacy: On the second day, we went out early and returned to find the AC turned off and the room window wide open. This happened outside of the regular housekeeping hours, which means someone entered our room solely to turn off the AC. This is completely unacceptable and a major breach of privacy . While the location is perfect, the service and the staff's behavior regarding the AC were very unprofessional and uncomfortable
