We love the location. The staff is very nice and is always available to take care of the guests . Everyone is extremely friendly. We love to have the piano in the lounge for guest to play.

I can't overstate how wonderful and attentive the staff were. Both to me and my 5 year old son who I was traveling with. Would highly recommend Anatole for your Hanoi stay.

Highly recommend for anyone traveling to Hanoi. The staff was extremely helpful as I am a foreigner. The room was extremely clean and the morning breakfast feast was AMAZING!
