I had a very enjoyable and memorable trip to Suwon. Visiting Hwaseong Fortress became much more meaningful because our guide, Peter, explained the history behind the fortress very clearly, so when we visited each place, I could understand and relate to the story better. Peter speaks very good English and Chinese, which made the tour very comfortable and easy to follow. He was also very kind and attentive throughout the trip. Thank you, Peter, for making this Suwon trip such an enjoyable and meaningful experience. I would highly recommend this tour to anyone who wants to visit Suwon and learn more about its history.

Our tour guide Jeff is a very nice person, who took care of everyone well until the end. He even helped us carrying our baby because some of the places were really tough to track with 2 little babies. In additional, the other tourists were all very nice to a family who has little children, so we feilt a big relief during the visiting. Kindly reminder, if you are traveling with little babies, you might want to talk to your guide about the details of your trip before visiting there. other than that, I think it was quite worthy.

I was surprised by how detailed I could make it, more than I expected. Even though it was my first time, the kind guidance made it a comfortable and enjoyable experience.

Mula nang ipakilala niya ang kanyang sarili hanggang sa pagtatapos ng tour, siya ay lubos na matulungin. Ginawa niyang kaakit-akit ang karanasan sa pamamagitan ng pagbabahagi ng kasaysayan at mga interesanteng impormasyon tungkol sa bawat hintuan. Si Eva ay nanatili sa amin sa buong oras, ginagabayan kami sa lahat ng mga lugar na dapat makita upang wala kaming makaligtaan, at matiyaga niyang sinagot ang lahat ng aming mga tanong. Booked this tour to go with my family (with 2 elderly and 1 kid) - they all have a fantastic time ! Our tour guide Sally Park is very helpful, enthusiastic and shares a lot of interesting facts about Suwon and Korean history ! Sally is very fluent in Chinese and that’s really helpful for my parents to understand. The tour schedule is well-planned and comfortably paced. The activities are very family-friendly and good to learn about Korean culture. We also love that we get to visit a traditional market to get some local food and snacks before we head back to Seoul !

We had Nicole for our half day tour of Suwon and she was amazing! She was so insightful about the history and explaining the different areas or stories. She was so sociable, fun, easy to talk to, and was interested to know where we came from and share what she knew, especially about different areas and what to look out for. We were lucky to have a private tour and would absolutely recommend this tour as they have given my partner and I a great understanding of the history of the Hwaseong fortress and palace and gave us an amazing start to our trip!

I loved it so much that I'm planning on bringing my mom with next time when she comes to visit. There are so many different things that you can do at different levels.

These days, I’ve been going through a difficult time. I felt like I couldn’t find my way, so I decided to go somewhere I could feel comfortable and clear my mind. First, we went to Bongeunsa Temple. It was such a beautiful and peaceful place. I learned how to pray to Buddha, and I even did three bows I felt like I was letting go of all the bad things I had been holding onto. It was really good for clearing my mind. After that, we went to Just Be Temple in Hongdae. It was very hip and modern, so I thought it was a place for young people. We did three types of meditation: breathing, walking, and listening. It helped me calm down and clear my mind. I also had a chance to talk with a monk. I told her about my worries, and she just listened and smiled. She also gave me some tea. I felt much lighter after talking about everything. I really appreciate our guide, too. He was very kind and helped me a lot. He made me feel comfortable throughout the whole experience.
