Our tour guide was Philip, and the tour was absolutely fantastic! It was very diverse and interesting, with plenty of time at every stop to explore and enjoy the sights. What made the tour truly special was Philip himself. He shared so many fascinating stories and interesting facts, kept us laughing throughout the day, and made sure we were never bored with his enthusiastic and entertaining personality. On top of that, he took amazing photos of us at every beautiful spot, giving us wonderful memories to take home. We had an incredible day and would 100% recommend this tour, especially with Philip as your guide! Thank you, Philip, for making this experience so unforgettable!

I loved it so much that I'm planning on bringing my mom with next time when she comes to visit. There are so many different things that you can do at different levels.

Cecilia was a great guide and gave us a lot of information during the tour plus plenty of free time to eat and enjoy Suwon on our own. I misunderstood that the Suwon History Museum was a suggestion for our own time, but will plan to visit separately. Otherwise, a wonderful tour of a historic place during a big festival. Apparently most of my photos are larger than Klook will allow

I had such a great experience on the Suwon tour! Peter Pan was an amazing guide—very knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. We had originally booked a slightly different itinerary, but the tour changed and there were not enough participants on our original date. The organisers were very efficient and communicated the changes and our options clearly. We and another pair ended up with a private van and driver, who dropped us at all the pick-up points on the itinerary. The whole process was very easy. The itinerary and meeting point instructions were very clear. We even had a K-drama list sent to us on Google Maps so we could find the locations ourselves, which was so helpful. We had almond lattes in the cafe which they filmed Sol's house in Lovely Runner, and the small shop they also filmed at had some Lovely Runner merchandise as well. Starfield Library in Suwon is much better than the one in Gangnam, and we had plenty of time to shop in the department store as well. There was also a reenactment at the temporary palace near the fortress which was great. Very impressed with the tour organisers!

Min was a great teacher and gave good advice on where to get god food in the area. The cakes came out very cute. I would highly recommend visiting!!

We had Nicole for our half day tour of Suwon and she was amazing! She was so insightful about the history and explaining the different areas or stories. She was so sociable, fun, easy to talk to, and was interested to know where we came from and share what she knew, especially about different areas and what to look out for. We were lucky to have a private tour and would absolutely recommend this tour as they have given my partner and I a great understanding of the history of the Hwaseong fortress and palace and gave us an amazing start to our trip!

Excellent experience — it genuinely felt like a private VIP tour. Our group was very small, only around 11 people, and we had two guides, one for the English-speaking guests and one for the Chinese-speaking guests. Everything was extremely well organized from beginning to end. The service was excellent, the transportation was very comfortable, and having such a small group made the whole experience feel relaxed, personal and almost like a private tour. The guides were attentive, professional and made sure everything ran smoothly throughout the day. I really enjoyed every part of the itinerary, and there was honestly nothing I could fault. One of the best organized tours I have taken in Korea. Excellent value and truly VIP-level service. Highly recommended!
