spacious and clean room with 25 sq m as we entered it. view is high since the check in lobby is on the 28th floor. the hotel is just situated under the train station which is very convenient.

Malinis at sariwa ang mga kuwarto, mahangin at walang masamang amoy, kaya komportable at nakakarelax ang pananatili. The hotel has a prime location, close to KingGlory Plaza and Exit E of Guomao Metro Station. There are many local eateries around, making it extremely convenient. Breakfast options are limited but acceptable. The all-you-can-eat and all-you-can-drink teppanyaki dinner on the 3rd floor is well worth the price. The facilities are modern and clean, and while the room is a bit small, it is acceptable. The only design flaw is that the television is positioned too close to the foot of the bed. If one guest wants to sleep while the other still wants to watch TV, who is supposed to accommodate whom?

My wife and I spent our vacation at the Wuzhou Sports Center Hotel in Shenzhen. Upon our arrival at the hotel entrance, the staff immediately stepped forward to help us unload our luggage. The front desk check-in process was handled by a young, handsome gentleman named Eddie. He was very polite and efficient, completing the registration quickly while introducing the hotel's various facilities. He arranged for us to stay in a high-floor room on the 12th floor with a city view. The bathroom was very spacious with double sinks, there was no odor in the toilet, the shower stall featured a built-in seating design, and the room soundproofing was quite good. In the evening, the buffet offered a rich variety of Chinese and Western delicacies, and a lovely waitress named Qiuting provided attentive service. Overall, we were extremely satisfied with the hotel's service.

I really appreciate the hotel's thoughtful approach. They've removed items that guests typically don't use, like wine glasses, bottle openers, and ice buckets, and instead provide useful amenities such as heated eye masks, aromatherapy, breakfast, afternoon tea, late-night snacks, and disposable face towels, which significantly enhances the user experience. The decision to provide pajamas instead of bathrobes is also commendable, as it means I can pack fewer clothes, and the pajamas are very comfortable.

We booked three rooms, and the package included breakfast and dinner, with a late checkout until 2 PM. The hotel is located next to Phase 2 of Wanjia City. We got off at the Grand Theater Station, walked through MixC, and took the elevator to the 33rd floor to check in. Since it was a family member's birthday, the front desk informed us that they had upgraded our room, decorated the bed, and provided a small cake. The room was spacious, though the twin beds were a bit small. The bathtub's location was rather unusual, right in the middle of the entrance, with transparent glass on both sides. Overall, the room was well-maintained. There is only an outdoor pool. The evening buffet offered a wide variety of Western, Chinese, and Japanese options, and there was also a ball pit for children. As a five-star brand hotel, even though it's not new, it's well-maintained. The front desk and staff were all polite and friendly.

Hotel Location: The hotel's surroundings are not noisy; it's relatively quiet and free from loiterers. There's a street full of restaurants right downstairs, so you don't have to worry about not having anything to eat nearby.

This stay was very satisfying! The hotel's location is excellent; you can take the MTR Line 9 directly to Hong Kong University Hospital, and the subway entrance is conveniently nearby. The staff provided friendly and courteous service. The pool was clean, towels were provided, and the view was nice. The gym was also great! The breakfast buffet offered a rich variety of options, with four chefs on-site preparing fried eggs, noodles, congee, and rice noodle rolls. The massage parlor downstairs was affordable and professional, likely "strictly guided" by Hong Kong housewives! Overall, the value for money is extremely high, and I highly recommend it!
