Overall, the cleanliness and service were excellent. This was my second stay in a family room. This time, I bought ingredients to cook in the room and also used the washing machine and iron frequently. It's conveniently located right next to my company, making it very practical for business travel.

Can see a clear view of kl tower during night was awesome, pool not crowded even while school holiday love it

Malaki ang silid, at ang mga staff ay palakaibigan at matulungin. Bagama't kaunti lang ang kinakain ko, masarap ang kanilang almusal at maraming pagpipilian.

A nice hotel to stay in as shopping mall have a direct access from the hotel. Hotel Staff are nice and professional. I have no issue in staying and it surprised me that you can on the fan and switch off the aircon. A plus point for me. I will come back again.

Nag-book ng hotel para sa pbakl. Napakagandang lokasyon. Maganda at maluwag ang aking kuwarto. Ang almusal ay medyo masarap, ngunit hindi gaanong marami ang pagpipilian.

I stayed at St. Giles Mid Valley during my recent trip to Kuala Lumpur, and it was a great experience. The location is super convenient since it’s connected directly to the Mid Valley Megamall, making food and shopping extremely accessible. The room was clean, quiet, and comfortable—I was on a high floor with a nice city view, which made the stay even better. Staff were friendly and check-in was smooth. Would definitely consider staying here again on my next visit to KL!

Room was clean. Helpful receptionist. Elevator lift so excellent. Near all facilities we need like public transport, shopping Complex etc..

i arrived early at 9 am. check in time started after 2 pm. but upon my request they manages to give me the room at 12:30 pm. i booked a double room and i requested them to give me an extra single bed. they provided it and i was very happy with their response. thanks j hotel staff for an amazing stay. the breakfast was very good too. the bathroom could use some minor upgrades like a holder/tray in shower area for my personal soap/shampoo. the sink drain kept clogging for some reason. other than that everything was excellent. breakfast: 10 cleanliness: 9 service: 10 hotel location: 10 transport access: 10
