Front seat staff is very friendly and helpful. Room service is not very good. We ask for extra quilt twice, and then we got it.

The room is very spacious and fashionably decorated. The view is also unbeatable from its height. Since the hotel is quite new, the shopping mall next to the hotel is still under construction. Their lounge is located on the 75th floor where you can enjoy a drink with unobstructed view.

This is a stunning hotel, situated close to the Chinese quarter. The staff were incredibly helpful. Would definitely visit again

I had a relaxing and enjoyable stay in KL, with excellent service from the moment I arrived—friendly, attentive, and always helpful. The room was spotless, comfortable, and offered a superb view. The location is a big plus, within walking distance of Petaling Street and Chinatown, perfect for local food and bar hopping. I’d give this hotel a full 5 stars and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Kuala Lumpur—a definite must-stay!

Amazing stay in a brand new hotel towering over KL. Very welcoming and accommodating staff, and the hotel has a wide selection of great amenities. The room was generously sized, with a very comfortable bed. The pool and spa area is incredible. In terms of critiques, some of the finishes are already showing wear (they used veneered woods instead of solid in most places) and the room service breakfast was hit or miss. Highly recommend a stay here!
