Si Gary ay isang napakaalam na gabay; alam niya ang lahat tungkol sa tirahan sa kagubatan. Ginabayan niya kaming makahanap ng isang ligaw na pamilya ng kangaroo, at dinala kami sa kinaroroonan ng 3 koala sa iisang puno. Itinuro niya sa amin ang iba't ibang uri ng mga ibon. Nasiyahan din kami sa isang perpektong tsaa sa umaga kasama ang mga bagong kaibigan sa isang maaraw na araw. Naglakad kami sa pambansang parke at nakita ang talon nang walang anumang hirap.

Ito ay bago at kahanga-hangang karanasan! Hindi namin inaasahan na ang ibig sabihin ng "hop on hop off" ay maaari kaming pumili kung saan namin gustong pumunta at sumakay o bumaba nang malaya at madali, na nagbigay-daan sa amin upang galugarin ang buong lugar ng Tamborine National Forest... Sobrang saya at kuntento ako!

The glow worms themselves were beautiful and definitely worth seeing, and our guide was excellent—friendly, knowledgeable, and very helpful throughout the tour. However, the overall itinerary felt inefficient, with quite a lot of time spent traveling compared with the actual time at the glow worm site. The bus ride was also quite bumpy and uncomfortable, especially for a longer journey with children. Overall, the glow worm experience and guide were very good, but the transportation, scheduling, and overall value could be improved.

Tania was a wonderful guide. She made an effort to get to know each member of our group. Her commentary was very thorough—besides introducing us to the glowworms, she also shared a lot about the forest ecosystem. Along the way, we even spotted some small animals and enjoyed a beautiful starry sky.

This full-day tour has a packed itinerary, but it’s so well-paced that we never felt rushed and thoroughly enjoyed every stop. Our driver/tour guide must moonlight as a radio host because he kept us entertained with fascinating trivia the entire ride—even if you doze off, you’ll still wake up smarter! He also has supersonic ears and laser eyes for spotting wildlife, ensuring we saw everything we came for. Highly recommend!

We took this tour with our 8-year-old child, and we were deeply impressed by the professionalism and attentiveness of our guide and driver, Michael. From the pre-trip email confirming the hotel and pickup time to his punctual arrival, the service was impeccable. Along the way, Michael kindly provided explanations and took us to the Glow Worm conservation center. Unlike fireflies in Taiwan, these glow worms are tiny, and entering the cave felt like being immersed in a vast starry sky—it was both magnificent and beautiful. Afterward, we went to Eagle Heights for a panoramic view of the Gold Coast, then headed to a stargazing spot to witness a stunning sunset. What touched us most was Michael's thoughtfulness. He prepared mats for us to lie on while we rested and ate. The dinner was simple yet incredibly delicious. Our child loved the Australian sausages so much that he ate four! I also really enjoyed the sparkling white wine, and when Michael noticed, he enthusiastically took a photo of the bottle for me, making it easier for me to find it again when I return to Taiwan. The starry sky that night was unbelievably beautiful. Through a powerful telescope, as grand as a utility pole, we clearly saw Jupiter and numerous star clusters, and we were even able to take photos with our phones. Michael's explanation of the constellations was easy to understand, and our child learned a lot. This was a peaceful and surprising nature trip, and I sincerely recommend it to anyone who loves nature and stargazing.
