He had a very well-planned itinerary that allowed us to see and experience so much without ever feeling rushed. Kadek was extremely knowledgeable and shared so much interesting information about the culture, history, traditions, and the places we visited. He was friendly, professional, patient, and made sure I was comfortable throughout the entire tour. I also really appreciated how he took the time to capture so many great photos and made sure I had memorable pictures to take home with me. This was a very interesting experience! Our professional local guide, Putu, led us through the rainforest, where we visited a local Hindu temple. She taught us about the various plants in the jungle and even showed us how to swing on the rainforest vines! After trekking through the rainforest, we took a canoe across Lake Tamblingan. Along the way, we had opportunities to take photos and experience canoeing. After crossing the lake, there was another spectacular temple to admire. Once the lakeside activities concluded, we rode in our guide's car to visit a coffee plantation (optional). There were many interesting plants and unique coffee flavors to discover. After the plantation tour, it was time for lunch. The included lunch was simple Balinese local cuisine, which tasted good, though the service was a bit slow. Finally, we navigated a somewhat challenging uphill path with steps to see the Banyumala Waterfall, which was incredibly spectacular. If you're prepared, you can even go for a swim. Putu also brought us bananas she grew herself, delicious sweet potato cookies, and sticky rice cakes, which were a bit like zongzi. Because we took our time taking photos, the tour was slow-paced, lasting from around 10 AM until 5 PM. Overall, I highly recommend it! Afterward, you can also visit the Ulun Danu Beratan Water Temple to catch a beautiful sunset.

Si Yanto na aming gabay, pati na rin ang aming mga drayber na sina Hendra at Dewa ay napakagaling!! Mahusay silang magsalita ng Ingles at napakasigla, na nagpaganda sa aming karanasan. Si Yanto ay napaka-proactive sa pagtulong sa amin na umakyat sa Ijen, tinulungan kami sa ilang mahihirap na lupain at nakahanap pa ng asul na apoy para sa amin kahit wala siyang gas mask, at binilhan pa niya kami ng fried banana at tauhu isi gamit ang sarili niyang pera! Ang mga drayber ay napakagaling din, nagmaneho sila nang ligtas, humihinto kapag kailangan namin ng toilet break/lunch break, at walang naninigarilyo sa kotse na isang malaking plus para sa akin. Sa pangkalahatan, napakagandang karanasan at hindi namin lubos na mapapasalamatan ang mga lokal.

Overall, a great experience despite a rough start. Our original driver didn’t arrive on time, and we waited almost an hour at the hotel, thinking we would miss the dolphin tour. Thankfully, Bily and his team took responsibility and quickly arranged a new driver, Kadek, a new car, and even a private boat to make up for the delay. The captain was experienced and got us quite close to the dolphins several times. We also had plenty of time for snorkeling. Kadek was friendly and helpful, and even brought us to a bonus stop to enjoy the lake view and see some monkeys. What matters most when travelling is how problems are handled, and the team made sure we could still enjoy our day instead of simply cancelling it. The only downside was the paid shower after snorkeling, which wasn’t very clean. Lunch was a little pricey, but tasty with a nice environment. Overall, a worthwhile and enjoyable trip. Thanks to Kadek, Bily and the team!

Ang galing ng karanasan!! Sobrang saya namin!! Ang mga staff ay napakababait at matulungin! Kinuhaan pa nila kami ng napakaraming litrato! Ginawa namin ang alpaca brunch at napakaganda talaga. Napakaganda ng lugar. Ang aming driver na si Agung ay napakabait at ang galing niyang magmaneho!!! Ito ang pinakamagandang tour sa Ubud, sigurado!!

I had such an amazing time here. It was definitely out of my comfort zone, but you only live once! My recommendation would be to stay in Lovina and simply take a Grab or Gojek directly to the waterfall. We took a Grab there and a Gojek motorbike back, which only cost around 60,000 IDR. Klook was quoting a much higher price for transportation, so arranging it yourself can save a lot of money. The actual experience was completely out of this world. The tour guide was incredibly friendly, helpful, and took some fantastic photos for us throughout the day. The whole team at the waterfall were welcoming and professional. I would highly recommend this experience to anyone visiting North Bali.
