Jeg havde den bedste oplevelse. Jeg mødte forskellige mennesker fra hele verden. Vores guide, Kadek, var så venlig, gav os gode råd og passede godt på os. Han hjalp endda med at tage billeder af os. Vi havde rigeligt med tid til at udforske, mens vi lærte om kulturen. Jeg booker helt sikkert igen.

I truly enjoyed every minute of this tour and couldn’t have asked for a better experience! My tour guide and photographer, Kadek, was absolutely fantastic from start to finish. He had a very well-planned itinerary that allowed us to see and experience so much without ever feeling rushed. Kadek was extremely knowledgeable and shared so much interesting information about the culture, history, traditions, and the places we visited. He was friendly, professional, patient, and made sure I was comfortable throughout the entire tour. I also really appreciated how he took the time to capture so many great photos and made sure I had memorable pictures to take home with me. I highly recommend booking a tour with Kadek if you’re visiting Bali. He went above and beyond to make the day special. I’ll be recommending him to my friends, family, and coworkers. Vi havde en fantastisk tid på Bali takket være vores utrolige rejseleder, Yudi! Han var helt fantastisk og foreslog så mange smukke steder, vi kunne besøge. Hvert eneste sted, han anbefalede, førte til en virkelig smuk rejse og uforglemmelige minder. Det, vi satte mest pris på, var, hvor fleksibel og imødekommende han var – han var altid villig til at imødekomme alle vores anmodninger uden tøven. Mange tak, Yudi, for din vidunderlige service! Hvis vi nogensinde vender tilbage til Bali, vil vi helt sikkert vælge Yudi som vores guide igen.

This was a very interesting experience! Our professional local guide, Putu, led us through the rainforest, where we visited a local Hindu temple. She taught us about the various plants in the jungle and even showed us how to swing on the rainforest vines! After trekking through the rainforest, we took a canoe across Lake Tamblingan. Along the way, we had opportunities to take photos and experience canoeing. After crossing the lake, there was another spectacular temple to admire. Once the lakeside activities concluded, we rode in our guide's car to visit a coffee plantation (optional). There were many interesting plants and unique coffee flavors to discover. After the plantation tour, it was time for lunch. The included lunch was simple Balinese local cuisine, which tasted good, though the service was a bit slow. Finally, we navigated a somewhat challenging uphill path with steps to see the Banyumala Waterfall, which was incredibly spectacular. If you're prepared, you can even go for a swim. Putu also brought us bananas she grew herself, delicious sweet potato cookies, and sticky rice cakes, which were a bit like zongzi. Because we took our time taking photos, the tour was slow-paced, lasting from around 10 AM until 5 PM. Overall, I highly recommend it! Afterward, you can also visit the Ulun Danu Beratan Water Temple to catch a beautiful sunset.

Yanto, vores guide, samt vores chauffører Hendra og Dewa var fantastiske! De talte fremragende engelsk og var meget entusiastiske, hvilket gjorde oplevelsen vidunderlig. Yanto var meget proaktiv med at hjælpe os med at bestige Ijen, hjalp os over nogle sværere terræner og fandt endda den blå ild til os, selvom han ikke selv havde en gasmaske, og han købte stegt banan og tauhu isi til os for sine egne penge! Chaufførerne var også fantastiske, de kørte sikkert, stoppede når vi havde brug for en toiletpause/frokostpause, og der var ingen rygning i bilen overhovedet, hvilket var et kæmpe plus for mig. Alt i alt en fantastisk oplevelse, og vi kunne ikke takke de lokale mere.

Damik var vores turguide og fotograf i dag, og vi havde den mest vidunderlige dag – en 10/10 oplevelse. Damik er den mest smilende, glade og åbne person, og han gjorde vores dag til ren solskin. Han tog os med til de bedste steder og gav os et fantastisk indblik i den balinesiske kultur. Gruppestørrelse: 2 personer

Overall, a great experience despite a rough start. Our original driver didn’t arrive on time, and we waited almost an hour at the hotel, thinking we would miss the dolphin tour. Thankfully, Bily and his team took responsibility and quickly arranged a new driver, Kadek, a new car, and even a private boat to make up for the delay. The captain was experienced and got us quite close to the dolphins several times. We also had plenty of time for snorkeling. Kadek was friendly and helpful, and even brought us to a bonus stop to enjoy the lake view and see some monkeys. What matters most when travelling is how problems are handled, and the team made sure we could still enjoy our day instead of simply cancelling it. The only downside was the paid shower after snorkeling, which wasn’t very clean. Lunch was a little pricey, but tasty with a nice environment. Overall, a worthwhile and enjoyable trip. Thanks to Kadek, Bily and the team!

I had such an amazing time here. It was definitely out of my comfort zone, but you only live once! My recommendation would be to stay in Lovina and simply take a Grab or Gojek directly to the waterfall. We took a Grab there and a Gojek motorbike back, which only cost around 60,000 IDR. Klook was quoting a much higher price for transportation, so arranging it yourself can save a lot of money. The actual experience was completely out of this world. The tour guide was incredibly friendly, helpful, and took some fantastic photos for us throughout the day. The whole team at the waterfall were welcoming and professional. I would highly recommend this experience to anyone visiting North Bali.

It was crazily amazing! They’re so calm during the whole canyoning. They’re experts both in safety and photography. Thank you for making amazing memories 🫶🏻
