I'm Japanese, and after booking through Klook, I went directly to the reception and was able to receive treatment right away. It was helpful that there was a staff member at the reception who could speak English. The therapist's primary language was likely Taiwanese. She was very kind and made an effort to communicate with me, a Japanese person!
