Shanghai Museum

Thanks to Klook, I was able to book just 30 minutes before my same-day visit and enter with great ease! It was a huge time-saver since I could go straight in with a QR code, without having to wait in line at the venue. The exhibition itself was excellent, exceeding my expectations. I was particularly impressed by the splendid and intricate pattern culture exhibits from India, Iran, and the Ottoman Empire. It was a truly inspiring artistic experience. However, the real 'kick' of this museum is the night view and sunset. The view with the Bund and the Oriental Pearl Tower in the background is fantastic, but the biggest advantage is being able to leisurely enjoy the night view without being jostled by crowds. I highly recommend timing your visit to see both the sunset and the night view. There are many large malls nearby, making it perfect for dining or enjoying a delicious drink before or after your visit. This was the most satisfying part of my Shanghai trip!

Great half-day trip to the Shanghai Science and Technology Museum — really worth visiting! Our tour guide was friendly, polite, and clearly knew a lot about the exhibits. Highly recommend!

well worth this tour. see many places and location tour guide ‘Tong’ very professional, provided much info on Shanghai history. includes Bund, Cruise, pearl TV tower view etc. if going individually to these places I think it will cost 2-3 times more then buying this tour.

My visit to the museum with kids was both enjoyable and educational. the exhibits were well curated, featuring displays of fossils, preserved specimens of animals, and plants, etc. a highlight of the visit was our tour guide, who was extremely knowledgeable and provided detailed explanations that brought the exhibits to life. The museum was clean and smell good, well organized and easy to explore. Overall, it was a memorable and enriching visit with my kids.

The guide is friendly and helped to book the shows we wanted to watch. Unfortunately, we booked a little too late so the popular shows were already full. She speaks good English and is able to accommodate our request. However, we expected more information regarding astronomy or someone who can give more insights to the exhibition.

Ang paggamit ng diskwentong tiket ay talagang sulit! Ang mga wax figure sa wax museum ay parang buhay, at makikita rin ang pagiging masinop ng mga organizer sa pagpaplano ng event. May mga costume na maaaring isuot at makapagpakuha ng litrato kasama ang mga wax figure, kaya't napakasulit na bisitahin ito.

This one-day tour of Oriental Pearl Tower and Huangpu River Night Cruise is absolutely fantastic. We climbed the Oriental Pearl Tower in daytime to overlook the whole city with stunning views from the transparent observation deck. The night cruise along Huangpu River was breathtaking—neon-lit Lujiazui skyscrapers stand opposite the classic Bund architectures. The river breeze was pleasant, the whole trip well-arranged, perfect for photos. A must-do itinerary in Shanghai, highly recommended!

Honestly, I didn't have high expectations for Shanghai hairy crab because I was served a spoiled one in Japan once, but the crab here was truly delicious! It's about 7,000 yen for the more expensive option for two people, so it's definitely worth enjoying. The staff were also very kind. The shrimp was quite tasty, and the desserts had a wonderful flavor that you don't often find. Both locals and foreign tourists line up, so it's very popular. But you don't have to wait too long, so you should definitely go!
