The place is quite small, but they have a great variety of options. The unform are organised by colour, but the styles and sizes are all mixed together, so it can be quite difficult to find the right size and style you want. We arrived first thing in the morning, so there were plenty of options, but it still took us around 1.5 hours to find matching outfits. At some point, I gave up trying to find the perfect match — and ironically, what I ended up choosing turned out to be the best option! 😂 I would have appreciated having someone there to suggest a few combinations, but for the price and selection, I would definitely recommend it. It’s also conveniently located not far from Lotte World. 🇰🇷✨

Very patient! The staff member was a lovely lady! She was also very friendly and, knowing we were foreigners, provided me with Chinese subtitles! The location is inside the castle, very easy to find! It's just on the second floor inside.

Really lovely experience! The guy was so kind and helpful. He made the whole process so easy. I’m really happy with my experience and will definitely be coming back again. Highly recommend!
