Maayos ang lahat, nakakatulong ang mga staff at nakakapagsalita ng simpleng Ingles, ngunit nakaligtaan nila ang pinakamahalagang basic na impormasyon, ang pangalan ng tindahan at kung paano pumunta doon, hindi lang ang address na hindi kayang i-navigate ng Google maps...NAVER map lang ang gagana. Tandaan: ang pangalan ng tindahan ay GAMSUNG GYOBOK Main Branch, hindi yung katabi ng Lotte World entrance gate (Wild Gate) paglabas mo ng Jamsil subway station sa basement, mga pop up store lang yun na walang prior reservation. Kailangan mong pumunta sa tindahan na nasa labas, sa likod ng lawa (outdoor theme park), mga 10 minutong lakad. Pumunta sa exit 3, maglakad diretso papunta sa Lotte World Big Logo, hanapin ang daan hanggang makita mo sa kanang bahagi ang lawa, sa intersection lumiko pakanan at makikita mo ang building, nasa 4th Floor sila. Naglakip ng mga litrato para matulungan ang iba na mag-navigate papunta sa tindahan, sana makatulong.

The place was easy to find. They had guidance video that I watched and I knew the process by then. The staff didn't speak a lot of english but it wasn't a problem. I put my bag in the temporary locker, went to the front desk and showed voucher, gave them my ID-card to hold until I came back at the end of the day. I was shown the additional clothes I can rent/buy/pay for (socks with different lenghts, safety shorts, blazer, etc.). I went to choose the outfit and mixed and matched shirts and skirts. I picked my outfit went to change, had to try a different sized shirt so I went to get it and after I was done I put my own clothes into the reusable bag they give you. I had to wear my own top under the shirt because you could see the bra under the shirt and I didn't want it to be seen that easily.I left the hangers and clothes on the black hanger thingy. I went to the front desk and checked what I took and I decided to buy safety shorts as well since the skirt felt very short. I was offered a locker a floor below to pay but I declined since I had a big bag with me and I just put my clothes with the reusable bag into my own bag. When I went to return the outfit, they told to change clothes and come back. Did all that and went to return the clothes. I got my ID-card back and I was free to go.

校服款式比較漂亮，狀況良好，選擇不少，加額外item價錢不貴，租一整天十分抵玩。good

好像有一樣名字的分店～別走錯囉！ 需要走一段距離，但還好～不會太遠

many different selections, is not actually in lotte world so have to make a detour here before heading over! there are also shops in lotte world renting similar uniforms but not so sure of the rate

予約時間より30分ほど遅れてしまったのですが、特に何も言われずに入ることができました。日本語での案内もあり、たくさんの制服から選べることができるので良かったです。コインロッカーは、1000w必要でお金は返されないタイプです。本店とロッテワールド店があり、こちらの本店を選びましたが、お店からロッテワールドまでタクシー移動だったので、ロッテワールド店にしてタクシーを１回で済ませたほうが良かったなとは思いました。

there are plenty of clothes, wide range of sizing. clothes are so pretty and new. the facility looks clean, new and modern. it is 15’ walk from the station but its ok for me. staff were super cutee. headband are also included in basic set

The overall process was smooth. You will be the one who will choose the outfit. There are add-on charges if you also availed of other items such as jacket, which is a must for cold weather. You will be forced to return the items since they will keep your passport while renting the uniform.
