Gyeongju

Thank you so much to Tour Guide Go for taking such good care of us all day long! Although it poured rain the entire day, and even with raincoats and umbrellas we were all practically soaked, having such a thoughtful, responsible, and warm-hearted guide still made today's trip an absolute joy! Tour Guide Go was truly enthusiastic, constantly offering to take photos for everyone and keeping a watchful eye on every member of the group to ensure no one was left behind or overlooked. At every attraction, he gave thorough explanations that helped me gain a much deeper understanding of Gyeongju's history and culture. If I hadn't joined this tour, I probably wouldn't have made a special trip to Gyeongju on my own, so this journey felt truly special and worthwhile to me. What touched me the most was that even though the terrible weather was completely beyond his control, he still politely apologized to everyone—he has such great character. Also, just because another passenger and I switched seats, he actually went out of his way to give me a small pack of cookies! It was a small gesture, but it really showed his attention to detail and kindness ❤️ Thank you so much for your care, explanations, and dedication throughout the day, Tour Guide Go! Even though the weather wasn't ideal, it still left us with wonderful travel memories. I wish you all the best in your future work, good health, and happiness every single day! Mr Joseph is a Very good English speaking travel guide and professional in handling guests and it was a well planned and organised tour. I especially liked about the prior intimated menu options and shared lunch arrangements for solo travellers without wasting food and money for big portions. The trip was completed in the stipulated time yet without rushing up. All the sight seeings were worth visiting. Pick up and drop was neatly planned and he was in touch before and throughout the tour for queries. Definitely suggest to friends. Beautiful Gyeongju!

I loved this tour!!! Hans was an excellent guide, always communicating in English and Chinese, taking his time to explain each place, brief and clear with his instructions, and very friendly. He made the whole day very enjoyable, and he even helps with ideas to give you a better experience and get great photos, offering to take a few pictures for you if you'd like. Highly recommended! The entire itinerary was completed on time. 🙂

Napakaganda ng tour! Sobra kaming nagpapasalamat na si Hans ang naging tour guide namin. Siya ay magalang, maalahanin, at napakaalam sa kasaysayan at lugar. Malinaw niyang ipinaliwanag ang lahat at ginawang kapaki-pakinabang at kasiya-siya ang buong karanasan. Higit pa sa inaasahan ang ginawa ni Hans sa pagtulong sa aming mahanap ang pinakamagagandang pwesto para sa litrato at sa pag-kuha pa ng aming mga litrato habang sinisigurong maayos ang gabay sa lahat sa buong tour. Ang kanyang kabaitan, propesyonalismo, at atensyon sa mga detalye ay talagang nagbigay ng malaking pagkakaiba. Dahil ito ang aking unang pagkakataon dito, lalo akong nagpapasalamat kay Hans sa pagtulong na gawing napaka-memorable ng biyaheng ito para sa aming mag-asawa. Napakaganda ng aming oras at wala na kaming mahihiling pang mas mahusay na guide. Talagang irerekomenda ko si Hans sa aking mga kaibigan! Today was so fun and we got tons of great pictures. So far in Korea I’ve been playing the part of “tour guide”, but it’s so much less stressful to have everything planned out as it was. We followed a set schedule but we were given some options at some of the locations. I recommend paying ₩3,000 extra at the tomb mounds to see the artifacts in the one that has been excavated. We opted to explore the street in Gyeongju instead of seeing the other mounds. There are lots of cute shops and street food stalls! Joseph was knowledgeable when we had questions, and was very friendly and patient! I was surprised how fast he learned our names. I’m happy we chose this tour as part of our honeymoon!

It was a really great tour with a smaller group, so we all fit into a van, which I was thankful for. Our guide was Hee. He did really well coordinating everything in the swarming heat and drove like a legend. We had ample time for the itinerary with options to choose to visit the museum or some people to visit Wolji lake. I'm happy I choose the museum as theres lots of things to see from Shilla. He also acted as a photographer too. We stopped for lunch at an affordable ₩9900 buffet, theres other options too like a cafe cafe and CVS. A great tour to do if you want to see Gyeongju :)

Mr. Park was an excellent guide who tried to answer all of our questions. When it started raining, he lent me his umbrella, which was very thoughtful and much appreciated. He was very friendly, and I’m glad we had him as our guide.

Our guide and photographer, Jesse, was incredibly professional. He not only planned a convenient itinerary but also captured outstanding videos. He guided us on different poses and even waded into the water to get the best angles. All the photos turned out beautiful! The itinerary was very flexible, allowing us to explore each attraction at our own pace, and he also recommended some delicious food. If I have the chance to visit Gyeongju again in a different season, I would definitely want to join this tour again!

Wiro was an absolute fantastic guide who is very knowledgeable on South Korean’s rich history, and also very passionate about her job. As a group we felt instantly comfortable and cared for the whole way through. I had an amazing time on this tour (this was my first solo trip- so was a little nervous but Wiro made me feel at ease). Even made some new friends along the way. Thank you again Wiro!! 💓
