Gyeongju

Thank you so much to Tour Guide Go for taking such good care of us all day long! Although it poured rain the entire day, and even with raincoats and umbrellas we were all practically soaked, having such a thoughtful, responsible, and warm-hearted guide still made today's trip an absolute joy! Tour Guide Go was truly enthusiastic, constantly offering to take photos for everyone and keeping a watchful eye on every member of the group to ensure no one was left behind or overlooked. At every attraction, he gave thorough explanations that helped me gain a much deeper understanding of Gyeongju's history and culture. If I hadn't joined this tour, I probably wouldn't have made a special trip to Gyeongju on my own, so this journey felt truly special and worthwhile to me. What touched me the most was that even though the terrible weather was completely beyond his control, he still politely apologized to everyone—he has such great character. Also, just because another passenger and I switched seats, he actually went out of his way to give me a small pack of cookies! It was a small gesture, but it really showed his attention to detail and kindness ❤️ Thank you so much for your care, explanations, and dedication throughout the day, Tour Guide Go! Even though the weather wasn't ideal, it still left us with wonderful travel memories. I wish you all the best in your future work, good health, and happiness every single day! Mr Joseph is a Very good English speaking travel guide and professional in handling guests and it was a well planned and organised tour. I especially liked about the prior intimated menu options and shared lunch arrangements for solo travellers without wasting food and money for big portions. The trip was completed in the stipulated time yet without rushing up. All the sight seeings were worth visiting. Pick up and drop was neatly planned and he was in touch before and throughout the tour for queries. Definitely suggest to friends. Beautiful Gyeongju!

I loved this tour!!! Hans was an excellent guide, always communicating in English and Chinese, taking his time to explain each place, brief and clear with his instructions, and very friendly. He made the whole day very enjoyable, and he even helps with ideas to give you a better experience and get great photos, offering to take a few pictures for you if you'd like. Highly recommended! The entire itinerary was completed on time. 🙂

The tour was absolutely superb! We’re so grateful to have had Hans as our tour guide. He was polite, respectful, thoughtful, and incredibly knowledgeable. He explained everything clearly and made the entire experience both informative and enjoyable. Hans went above and beyond by helping us find the best spots for photos and even taking pictures of us while making sure everyone was well guided throughout the tour. His kindness, professionalism, and attention to detail truly made a difference. Since it was my first time here, I’m especially thankful that Hans helped make this trip so memorable for my wife and me. We had such a wonderful time and couldn’t have asked for a better guide. Today was so fun and we got tons of great pictures. So far in Korea I’ve been playing the part of “tour guide”, but it’s so much less stressful to have everything planned out as it was. We followed a set schedule but we were given some options at some of the locations. I recommend paying ₩3,000 extra at the tomb mounds to see the artifacts in the one that has been excavated. We opted to explore the street in Gyeongju instead of seeing the other mounds. There are lots of cute shops and street food stalls! Joseph was knowledgeable when we had questions, and was very friendly and patient! I was surprised how fast he learned our names. I’m happy we chose this tour as part of our honeymoon!

Va ser un tour realment fantàstic amb un grup més petit, així que tots vam cabre en una furgoneta, cosa que vaig agrair. El nostre guia era en Hee. Va coordinar molt bé tot sota la calor sufocant i va conduir com un campió. Vam tenir temps de sobres per a l'itinerari amb opcions per triar visitar el museu o, per a algunes persones, visitar el llac Wolji. Estic content d'haver triat el museu, ja que hi ha moltes coses per veure de Shilla. També va fer de fotògraf. Vam parar a dinar en un bufet assequible de ₩9900, també hi havia altres opcions com una cafeteria i un CVS. Un tour fantàstic per fer si voleu veure Gyeongju :)

Robin is the best guide/driver/photographer for this tour. Aside from the beautiful places, a bit of history was shared too. The good reco for lunch was superb.

Today’s guide Sang was incredibly kind, friendly, and very professional. He gave us a detailed and insightful explanation of Gyeongju’s history and development, and guided us through several key attractions. He also recommended some delicious restaurants and beautiful cafés. Gyeongju in April is truly stunning—Sang was charming, the scenery was gorgeous, and it was an absolutely wonderful day.

Mr. Park was an excellent guide who tried to answer all of our questions. When it started raining, he lent me his umbrella, which was very thoughtful and much appreciated. He was very friendly, and I’m glad we had him as our guide.
