There were no towels or rags in the room, especially in the bathroom. It smelled terribly, like a septic tank or sewer, even after we opened the window. The smell was still very strong. There were a lot of stains in the bathroom. It seemed like it wasn't even scrubbed before being used by new guests.

we enjoyed our short trip. vip treatment hatid at sundo. medyo off lang pag dating sa buffet breakfast. over all maganda ang resort at experience 🌸

Really had a great experience staying here ♥️ Staffs are all very accomodating, all our request are granted. Super clean room as we arrived, all the amenities are great ♥️

Napakagaling ng aming pananatili sa Casalay. Ang pinakagusto ko ay ang lokasyon nitong parang Bali. Para itong may mini forest retreat at forest bathing sa isa. Talagang babalik ako dito.

Everything is great except for the atmosphere; it's very heavy. The mirrors are facing the windows, which isn't good. 😅

The place is quiet and serene. The staff, as well as the owner, are very accommodating. They even gave us an upgrade to make our stay more comfortable. Highly recommended.

i like the location of this hotel the staff and the cleanliness , just challenge if you use the long stair to come up lol over all nice view, beach front ... ijust hope next time they will have atleast somewhere to sit for their guest like normal sitting area to relax have drinks ... thank you . .. tillnext time
