There were no towels or rags in the room, especially in the bathroom. It smelled terribly, like a septic tank or sewer, even after we opened the window. The smell was still very strong. There were a lot of stains in the bathroom. It seemed like it wasn't even scrubbed before being used by new guests.

One of the best hotel/resort in Puerto Galera. Prime location and great food. Exclusive and away from the noisy crowd.

Our stay here was absolutely worth it. The view and the vibe of the place are beautiful. It's very peaceful and not crowded at all. The room is well-maintained, and their breakfast is good too. We'll definitely go back again and recommend it to friends.

i like the location of this hotel the staff and the cleanliness , just challenge if you use the long stair to come up lol over all nice view, beach front ... ijust hope next time they will have atleast somewhere to sit for their guest like normal sitting area to relax have drinks ... thank you . .. tillnext time

Big thanks to your amazing staff. Prime location at the center of white beach. But please improve your facilities specially your water source. Running water in the rest room of room 301 becomes brown. One of the staff said, we just let it run till it becomes clear again— unsafe and inconvenient. Thankfully, they gave us clean water to be used for tooth brushing.

We had a wonderful stay at Casalay. Hwat I loved the most was there Bali like locaion. It’s likehaing a mini forest retreat and forest bathing in one. I would definitely come back here.
