Guide Kang Hye-suk is very kind and explains everything in detail. Thanks to her, our family trip was enjoyable. One thing that was a little disappointing was that the Dazaifu schedule was from around 4:40 PM to 5:35 PM, but most of the Dazaifu shops closed by 5:00 PM, so unfortunately, what we wanted to eat was sold out and we couldn't eat it ㅠㅠ. If we had gone a little earlier, we could have eaten what we wanted... I wish this part of the schedule could be adjusted to be a bit smoother.

First and foremost, it is a looong bus ride - almost 8 hours back and forth - but the experience was truly exhilarating. The driver was very good and Riku, our guide, was excellent! Knd, clear and entertaining, he made sure everyone was ok. Important to note there is no restroom in the bus, but there will be appropriate service stops on the way. Also, there’s a lot of downhill and uphill walking at the gorge. Exhausting lovely day out!

Alex was an excellent guide. He sent an email reminder with pickup details and photos the day before, and also messaged me on WhatsApp, which was very helpful. He checked me in at the Lawson next to Hakata Station, showed me my seat and bus number, and created a very welcoming atmosphere while explaining everything clearly in English and Chinese. Stops included the railway (extra 2,000 yen with tickets arranged in advance), lunch and the shrine, and Takachiho Gorge. The boat ride gets you close to the waterfall but can be a bit hard to control, and the walk back uphill takes about 30 minutes. At the end, Alex even gave everyone a souvenir! I highly recommend Alex and this tour if you love Japan’s natural beauty.

Sun was a very informative guide and I learned alot .The castle is impressive and well worth visiting but the view from the Aso plains is amazing.Such a strange landscape I would highly recommend this trip.

Wonderful place, the tour was in Chinese (I don't speak Chinese) but the guide helped me a lot to understand everything. We couldn't visit the crater due to an accident so we went to a temple instead, equally beautiful.

First time using Klook • Solo Japanese participant • Limited multilingual skills. I signed up bracing myself for 100% feeling out of place! But the tour guide made it a happy experience! They greeted me with a huge smile and showed me to the bus, saying, 'Don't worry, it'll be alright!' True to their word, they were attentive to each person throughout the entire tour, provided information before reaching each destination, and incorporated elements learned from past experiences and a great sense of humor! They were fluent in Japanese, English, and Chinese. Front row seats (limited availability) + fee → According to the guide, since there were fewer participants this time, they were able to prepare seats with plenty of space in front and beside them! I had a great view of the scenery while driving, so I was very lucky this time and it was a great decision to book! But, that doesn't mean it will be the same next time. It depends on luck! Lastly, I've always preferred planning my own trips, but thanks to the tour guide, I was able to open a new door, and I'd like to participate in a bus tour again if I have the chance. Today's day trip to Itoshima was super satisfying, especially thanks to our tour guide, Shishi, for her attentive arrangements and care! Before departure, she proactively emailed us to remind us of the meeting time and things to note, making the whole trip very smooth. She is very familiar with each attraction, whether it's the photo spots at Shiraito Falls and the forest cafe, or the photo angles at Totoro Forest. The key point is that since there were only two of us, we could only take pictures of each other, but the tour guide helped us take pictures too and explained everything very clearly, in three languages. She helped us take a lot of beautiful pictures. Today's itinerary was very full, we went to eight places but the time was allocated very well, and we didn't feel rushed at all. The most touching thing was that she saw the weather forecast and knew it was going to rain, so she reminded us early in the morning. Knowing that we didn't bring umbrellas, she even specially found a few umbrellas for us to use, which was really nice! I highly recommend that if you participate in the Itoshima tour, be sure to choose Shishi as your guide. I guarantee you will have a happy and worry-free time! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

We truly enjoyed the Kamishikimi – Mt. Aso – Kusasenri – Kurokawa Onsen tour. Our guide, Ms. Yang, was incredibly kind and spoke excellent English. She generously shared all the best spots and restaurant recommendations, and she was always polite and respectful throughout the trip. She even gave each of us a small token, which was such a thoughtful and sweet gesture. Our driver was also highly skilled and made us feel safe the entire time. 👏 Overall, it was a wonderful and memorable experience!
