The pick-up was punctual, the pick-up location was easy to find, the tour guide/driver had excellent driving skills, and a wealth of knowledge, providing a lively and interesting introduction along the way; the itinerary included visits to local specialty shops (with samples of honey, wine, and olive oil available for tasting), a walk through a volcanic cave (hard hats required for the entire duration, and the tour guide provided each person with a flashlight to use during the cave visit), and a walk on a trail towards the volcano; visiting in January meant that Mount Etna had recently been covered in snow, and the powdery snow covering the trails, combined with the smoking Mount Etna, made for great scenery and an unforgettable experience.

Absolutely the best experience ever! We enjoyed the tour and our guide was amazing. He shared a lot of great information about the craters and answered a our questions. Also we had an amazing tasting time with our group guests. All delicious Sicilian food !!! Thank you for the mesmerising time together!

We arrived at the Hadrian’s Arch at 8:15. There was no signage and no one there. . Some people suggested that we walk to the Temple of Olympian Zeus entrance, but it seemed that none of them had any idea about this tour because it’s private tour. So we went back to Hadrian’s Arch around 8:30, and Alexandra was waiting there with another visitor. Alexandra is an archaeologist, and she can beautifully link legends with history. Her explanations were interesting, with clear timelines and drawings. I felt like I was time-traveling back to Ancient Greece.The tour took about 4.5 hours, but we were not tired. We enjoyed the scenery, the Parthenon, and the stories and history. Alexandra was able to answer many questions from my teenage daughter, who loves Greek mythology. It is really worth going with a tour guide. Without her, we may not have known what we were seeing. If you are planning to visit the Ancient Agora to see the Temple of Hephaestus, you will need to buy another ticket.

My combo day tour today combined, Palermo city walk in the morning, and Norman Palace & Palatine Chapel in the afternoon. Such great experience today was truly elevated by the same guide, whose profound expertise in history and culture brought every site to life with fascinating insights. Fluent in English, she seamlessly communicated intricate stories behind each landmark, making the journey both educational and engaging. What stood out was her exceptional ability to balance the group's dynamics, consistently ensured everyone’s safety, maintained a steady pace, and thoughtfully checked in on all participants to guarantee no one fell behind. Her professionalism and genuine care for the group’s enjoyment and well-being made this trip unforgettable.
