This experience couldn't have gone better. Mr Jefri was our driver. He contacted us the day before to confirm pickup details. On pickup day he let us know how far away he was. He loaded our suitcases, and even helped us into our apartment. He was friendly and chatty and drove nicely. We all had seatbelts (we have found lack of seatbelts to be a problem in Malaysia, which is why we didn't use Grab). The price was also very reasonable. Thank you.

Upgraded to a private car for just myself and my partner for an additional RM30 and requested for pick-up and drop-off at respective hotels. Driver (Lai Guan Jye) was a pro at navigating the hills up to Genting and it took him barely 30mins to get to the top, swift and decisive driving. Highly recommend their service as there’s comfort and convenience.

Bus to Genting was punctual, driver was friendly and helpful. It was a comfortable ride all the way to Genting. For the ride back to Singapore, the bus was a bit older and we had to change to a 40-seater at Msia Checkpoint because the original bus couldn't enter Singapore. Both tour guides are friendly and helpful.

Everything went smoothly for the transfer from Kuantan to KL. The transport provider emailed me and the driver Mr Jaya WhatsApp me one day before the trip. Even though the pickup was scheduled for 12 noon, we saw Mr Jaya’s van parked beside the hotel at 10.30am. Mr Jaya was patient, giving my elderly parents time to slowly board and alight from the van. He was also considerate, stopping twice during the 4.5-hour journey for us to take toilet breaks. He also helped us to load and unload our luggage and bags, and drove carefully, ensuring our safety.

The driver arrived on time, was courteous and professional throughout the trip, and drove safely despite the winding mountain roads. The vehicle was clean, spacious, and comfortable, making the journey enjoyable for our group. The pickup and drop-off process was smooth and hassle-free. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a convenient way to visit Genting Highlands from Kuala Lumpur.

Ang bus mismo ay maganda. Maluwag ang espasyo para sa binti, komportableng upuan, at may USB charging port. Mas magiging maganda kung may Wi-Fi. Ang tanging pangunahing problema para sa akin ay ang sobrang traffic na wala sa kontrol ng operator ng bus.

Umalis ang bus sa takdang oras na 12:30, at nakarating kami sa KLIA 1 bago mag-14:30. Sa pangkalahatan, maganda ang aming karanasan at kami ay nasisiyahan.
