This experience couldn't have gone better. Mr Jefri was our driver. He contacted us the day before to confirm pickup details. On pickup day he let us know how far away he was. He loaded our suitcases, and even helped us into our apartment. He was friendly and chatty and drove nicely. We all had seatbelts (we have found lack of seatbelts to be a problem in Malaysia, which is why we didn't use Grab). The price was also very reasonable. Thank you.

Upgraded to a private car for just myself and my partner for an additional RM30 and requested for pick-up and drop-off at respective hotels. Driver (Lai Guan Jye) was a pro at navigating the hills up to Genting and it took him barely 30mins to get to the top, swift and decisive driving. Highly recommend their service as there’s comfort and convenience.

Bus to Genting was punctual, driver was friendly and helpful. It was a comfortable ride all the way to Genting. For the ride back to Singapore, the bus was a bit older and we had to change to a 40-seater at Msia Checkpoint because the original bus couldn't enter Singapore. Both tour guides are friendly and helpful.

Alles verliep vlekkeloos voor de transfer van Kuantan naar KL. De vervoersaanbieder e-mailde me en de chauffeur, meneer Jaya, WhatsAppte me een dag voor de reis. Hoewel de ophaaltijd gepland stond voor 12 uur 's middags, zagen we het busje van meneer Jaya al om 10.30 uur naast het hotel geparkeerd staan. Meneer Jaya was geduldig en gaf mijn bejaarde ouders de tijd om langzaam in en uit de bus te stappen. Hij was ook attent en stopte twee keer tijdens de 4,5 uur durende reis zodat we toiletpauzes konden nemen. Hij hielp ons ook met het in- en uitladen van onze bagage en tassen, en reed voorzichtig, waarbij hij onze veiligheid waarborgde.

the bus itself is good. big leg room, comfortable seat, usb charging port. will be better if wifi is provided. The only main problem for me is the traffic is too bad which is not under bus operator control.

De bus vertrok op tijd om 12:30 uur en we bereikten KLIA 1 vóór 14:30 uur. De algehele ervaring was goed en we waren tevreden.
