Every arrangement made was accordingly. The private transfer and transport were good and comfortable. All the drivers that served us were very punctual. The only issue was communication with the driver due to their English proficiency, but it can be resolved with Google Translate. The service from Mie (SST travel )is superb. She responded fast to all my enquires and problems. I will definitely looking for her for my next trip to HCMC.

Had a great experience trekking through Muong Hoa Valley with our small group and our guide, Cat! 🌿🥾 Cat is very friendly, helpful, and caring throughout the trek. She made sure everyone was comfortable and helped us along the more challenging parts. She also shared interesting stories and introduced us to the beautiful scenery, villages, and local culture of Sapa. Her knowledge and stories gave us a better appreciation of the villages, rice terraces, and local way of life. The breathtaking views of Muong Hoa Valley were definitely a highlight! ❤️ The views were amazing, and having a small group made the experience even more enjoyable. Though the beginning part of the trek was challenging with the weaving up and down of the hills and across the rice terraces, but Cat and some villagers helped us through the trek, really thankful to them. When reached the top and oversee the landscape of Sapa, we felt that the hardship worth the views. 😊

It was a very fruitful morning. We were able to go to Catcat Village, Alpine Coaster and Moana Sapa in half a day and without worrying about the transportation going to and from places. In Catcat Village, we were able to take the rainbow slide. We also tried the local costume and had our photos taken by a photographer. After that we went to the Alpine Coaster and it was so fun. One ride is not enough. Lastly, we went to Moana. We were given a free drink. We also spent the time with our pictures take. Overall, it is was worth the price. We enjoyed the whole half day trip. Our guide is also the best. She is very kind and considerate.

We had such a wonderful experience on our Sapa trekking tour with Sumy. She was an incredibly kind, patient, and passionate guide who made the whole experience feel personal and special. The short trek was beautiful and gave us a great chance to enjoy Sapa’s stunning scenery, local villages, and peaceful atmosphere without feeling rushed. Sumy shared interesting stories and information along the way and was always attentive to our comfort and pace. The herbal foot spa after the trek was the perfect way to relax and made the experience even more memorable. It felt so refreshing after walking through the mountains! What stood out most was Sumy’s genuine warmth and enthusiasm. You can really tell that she loves sharing her culture and hometown with visitors. We felt very well looked after from beginning to end. I would highly recommend Sumy to anyone visiting Sapa and looking for a friendly, caring, and knowledgeable local guide.

An amazing, fun and informative tour! Our tour guide Tung was patient and very kind, she made sure the tour was on track and informed the group clearly on the itinerary or the next step. I would recommend this tour if you want to spend your day seeing amazing and breathtaking views, plenty of opportunities taking pictures and videos.

Ito ay isang masaya at di malilimutang karanasan. Ang aming tour guide na si Pam ay napaka-accommodating at madaling lapitan. Ang isang tour na may karagdagang kaalaman kung paano sila nagtatahi at nagtitina ng mga damit ay isang magandang karanasan! Ang pagkakaroon ng pagkakataong maranasan ang kultura at tradisyonal na pananamit ng Vietnam ang pinakamagandang bahagi ng tour. Bukod pa rito, ang rainbow ride at trekking ay masaya para sa akin. Kung may pagkakataon kang makahingi ng tour guide, isaalang-alang si Pam, siya ay mabait at napakapalakaibigan!

it was a very beautiful one of a kind experience! liked the sceneries, knowing the culture of vietnamese locals and cant forget the hospitality of pan, especially when i told her that i havemt eaten pumpkin flower for a long time. we were given options which way to go and we chose the harder one, and indeed made me sore tje following day.

Mr. Quinn was our guide for the afternoon. He helped us in securing tickets immediately for the glass bridge, since there was a long line. Since we have a bit of time left, he suggested another place we can go on the way, at Swing Sapa. We thoroughly enjoyed, and did not have any worries because of the convenience.
