Maddy was an awesome host and guide. We had an amazing time, the karts/cars are fantastic and such a novilty. People on the streets were cheering and wanting to take photos lol… What an amazing way to go about seeing the sights of Osaka and getting the opportunity to take some photos along the way. We HIGHLY recommend this for anyone visiting Osaka.
Such a fun experience. The go-karts are in good condition and cool looking, making for a smooth, casual drive around the city. The registration and safety briefing were quick and seamless, and the staff provided great service. I highly appreciated that they were able to talk to me in English and give very informative details. This motivates me to practice my Japanese. Highly recommend this for a unique city tour!

This was a “must do” while visiting Osaka! The experience was so much fun. The company delivered excellent and safe tour through Osaka. We first did a safety video in their office on the 2nd floor , we picked out our costumes then headed downstairs to pick out our cars. The owners were so accommodating and professional. If you are visiting from the US, make sure you get you International Driver Permit (IDP) prior to arriving in Osaka. You can get it at your local AAA for $20. I took the pro package because of the evening timing. It was raining when I reached and they decided still ok to go ahead with the ride. its crazy to drive in the rain although it was a great experience! Their cars are electric cars so less noisy and more leds which also = amazing photos! I also rented the 360, look forward to the videos! There is also a cafe area where non drivers can relax and wait.
What an Amazing tour. The neon cars were showstoppers.. We were being recorded and photographed everywhere we went. Being famous we were used to the Paparazzi in the USA and thought they wanted to shoot us but it was definitely the cars. The staff and management were great and accommodating. The costumes were cute and in good condition. I highly recommend this excursion.
