Luggage Information
- Luggage Weight Limit: No single bag may weigh more than 23kg or 50lbs
- Passengers are allowed to store one bag per person
- Packaged and unpackaged bicycles can be transported if space is available at an extra fee. For maximum efficiency in the luggage compartment, preferably packaged in boxes. If unpackaged, then they must have the pedals removed and the chain covered. Additional luggage will be loaded as space allows and is subject to additional charges

- Passengers with disabilities intending to travel with Airport Direct are asked to contact info@airportdirect.is within at least a 24-hour notice to see if the bus operator will make special arrangements prior to using the service
- You must choose an estimated time in advance, but on arrival at the airport can go to the service desk and can reselect for any departure time
- This transfer covers service areas from Keflavik International Airport to Reykjavik Terminal. You may book a direct hotel transfer (Hotel Connection by SmartBus) in order to get a pick up or drop off from designated bus stops. Please see the sample list
