the parking spot was reachable but there were no signs on where to go but otherwise good service! the trip was pleasant and convenient!
Reliable and fuss free. My departure flight rescheduled to few hours earlier. I contacted airport direct and they responded quickly and helped me changed my bus timing.
On time. No hassle. Highly recommended! Drivers were friendly and they give clear instructions on how to switch to another bus at the terminal.
The bus was punctual, clean, has on bus entertainment screen and usb charger. It was nice.
smooth journey but too complicated. hopping from 1 bus to another. supposed to alight at bus stop 6 but ended up at 3.

There was unfortunately a strike on the same day i landed so the transfer from bus terminal to hotel was not able to be provided. But other than that, smooth transfer from the airport!
When you arrive at KEF, go to the Airport Direct booth and show them your KLOOK voucher, they'll print out a ticket for you. I took the bus to Reykjavik terminal to save some extra cash but that was because my hostel was pretty close to the terminal... if it's a little further i think that extra cash is worth paying. The bus is bright orange, you can't miss it. There's also a usb port on the bus so that's great!
Very efficient, well organized. On time. The connecting shuttle is ready at the bus terminal and immediately take us to nearest drop off point to our apartment.
Taking this saved me a lot of time and hassle when arriving/leaving Iceland. From the airport, the bus is waiting outside, but you have to take note of the schedule you booked, cause its the only time you could get on. Travel to city takes 45mins. When you get to the city, you will be transferred to a mini bus that will take you to your hotel. When going to airport, my schedule was at 2:45AM, the bus still left on time even if im the only passenger. Thanks Klook for the safe and hassle free trip.
