This trip, we have a wonderful guide, Liza! Not only she is very clear with her instructions to everyone in our group, she has nice voice too. The time allowance for all the stops are sufficient and the entire journey is enjoyable, with beautiful sceneries that we managed to captured in photos. Liza always willingly and ready to help us take nice photos. She also recommended good restaurant for our lunch that served meals quickly and valued for money too! Liza speaks Japanese, Chinese and English, and we are very happy to have Liza as our guide, and she definitely makes our trip more enjoyable and pleasant. The tour guide was extremely professional, and we would like to extend a special thanks to Lisa for her detailed explanations and enthusiastic assistance. It was truly meant to be that both of the two-day Klook tours we purchased were led by Lisa. This morning featured a guided tour of downtown Sapporo, while the afternoon took us further out to the Head Buddha and Jozankei Onsen, making the trip well worthwhile. Considering the price of this tour, if we had traveled independently, the transportation costs alone would have exceeded what Klook charged, so we felt it was a fantastic value.

We rented snow gear and a snowboard this time, and the experience was excellent. The staff was very attentive, carefully checking sizes and equipment details. The best part was being able to communicate in Chinese, which made the rental process easy and quick, so there was no need to worry about misunderstanding technical terms. The equipment was also in great condition. Highly recommended!

Tsutomo-San was an amzing photographer. He made me and my fiance very comfortable with all our photos, and also we got to chose some of the places that we thought of. It was an overall amazing photoshoot and im glad we got him. His english speaking was a plus but his personality was the most amzaing part. Thank you, all love from the island of Guam.
